Well, a cute way to just be simple and wear your hair is down. Or if you have wavy hair and bangs, wear it down and straighten your bangs. Put a little clip in it or put it up with a cute hairtie. French manicures are nice but if you cant do that, a pale pink matches a lot so do that. Just be yourself! Talk to them, smile a lot, laugh a lot. Like if a guy asks you "Do you have a boyfriend" be like "haha, no. do you have a girlfriend" and like smile. Make sure he knows your interested.

10 - 4 are the hours. The peak hours are 12 - 2. Basically, you wont get a tan before 10 or after 4. Check online at a www.weather.com for the UV index, the higher the UV, the better the tanning weather.

Ok, first of all, you can't see crabs. They are tiny like lice. They do not live on top of your skin but they live under your skin. They will form large bumps and they will be red, itchy, and persistant. If you have been in sexual contact (or even non sexual contact) with someone with them, you can get them. They do not only appear on your privates, but you can get them on your arms, legs, hands, etc. If you are worried about it, see a doctor.

Sadly, no self tanner will actually look like a real tan. It will most likely turn you orange and end up fading within a few days. It may even turn blotchy. Stick with tanning outdoors or at a tanning salon. If you want to use artifical tanner, go to a spray tan. It costs more, but its worth it. If you are still adamant about buying it and applying it yourself, try the clinque one. I heard it works the best.

Well, what about working for your parents? They would pay you well and under the table (meaning you don't need working papers). Other then that you can dog walk, babysit, do chores for neighbors, have a garage sale of all your old things, car washes, anything creative! Look around your neighborhood and see what's needed. Also, if you are good with hair and makeup, you can do makeup and hair for a price.

I have Dry and damaged hair and it can get frizzy (blonde, shoulder length straight) .. DO you noe any brands of shampoo and conditioner to buy to help make my hair healthier looking? I rate :)

Try Thermasilk shampoo and conditioner. For now, give your hair a break! Do not use any heat products on it at least one day a week. When straightening it, make sure that you use some kind of protective spray over it. Put Bed Head Split End Repair cream on wet hair because it can help get rid of the damages without having to cut your hair shorter. Another option is going to the salon and getting a deep conditioning treatment, they should only cost 10 dollars. Or, do one at home by sleeping with conditioner in your hair and washing it out the next morning.

I'm assuming you mean safe. Uh, probaby the safest way to tan is outside. But, its hard to get a great tan until june. The best tanning times are between 10 and 2. I normally lay out beween 11:30 and 1:30. 12 is the strongest time.

Hawaiian Tropics tanning oil and Banana boat tanning oil are great. Just use oil if you are at home but on the beach use like spf 15 then oil overtop.

If you want to use a tanning bed, they will sell u lotion. Buy the chapeast one, dont put it on your face. ACNEEE!

Ok, don't listen to what people say about wearing a tampon for only 2 hours, that totally not true. Wearing a heavy absorbancy tampon for a long time would mean higher risk of TSS, but don't worry about TSS. You CAN sleep with a tampon in, but only if you are sleeping less than 8 hours. The instructions in the tampon box suggest changing your tampon every 6 hours max, and abide by those rules, and you will never have to worry about TSS. Most girls who experience TSS have left their tampon in for more then 10 hours, so don't fret about TSS.

Yes. If you are athletic, especially if you are a gymnast, you may not get your first period until you are 17. After that, your periods will probably be random and hardly ever occur. Don't worry, you will get your period eventually. Don't go wishing for it because it sucks.

Onlt the top half of my hair is frizzy undernear is just curly but not frizzy.. why is this? I tried some of the methods you guys use when washing your hair but it made my hair even more frizzer.. SERIOUSLY ANY ONE HAVE NAY UN-FRIZZ TIPS?

Brush your hair only in the shower, with a wide toothed comb. Brushing it when its dry or when your out of the shower will cause more frizz. Use John Freida anti-frizz, gel, moose, &hairspray. I have frizzy hair b/c i have curly hair and this is the only thing that tames the frizz.

So for two years, ive always dyed my own hair from kits from the store. Well, my hair ended up developing this orange tint to it. So i said enough was enough, and decided to save my money up to get it professionally highlighted. I tried to get these platinum blonde highlights, but it turned out even worse becase.. 1) the lady didnt even do a good job and 2) because my hair still had this orange tint to it. So my question is - how do i get rid of the orange color? I cant just wait for my hair to grow out. Ive decided to get light brown and blonde highlights at a DIFFERENT salon this time in April. But is there a way they can get rid of all the gold/orange tones in my hair FIRST? (Instead of just dying over it.) If so, how much do you think it will cost?

Well, first of all, do not try to re-dye your hair from the box! It will just make a bigger mess. I would suggest you find another colorist (ask some friends; get recomendations!), then try them. Also, this may not be a good idea, but it will bring back ur natural hair color - you can strip your hair. It takes out any color in it and then it is dyeable. Also, bleaching it and dying over it may work. Talk to a colorist. They will know the most about it and the orange will be hard to cover up at first, but it will end up ok. It probably will cost anywhere from 75 - 150 dollars. If you wnat the color and the highlights, it's going to be more expensive. Just a color would be less expensive. Ever place is different!

Sorry if this is gross.
I have really heavy periods and I know that they might settle down (I've only had four so far, but they have been really bad - I can't walk more than 10 steps without having to rush to the toilet) eventually, but is there anything (other than going to the doctors, something I will only do as a last resort) I can do to make them even a little bit lighter? I dunno, natural remedies, food to avoid, drink less...anything?!
I also seem to have like a really weak bladder or something when I'm on my period and I always need the toilet (like always, and I do 'go' when I go to the toilet). Is there something wrong there? If so (or not) what can I do to make it so it isn't so bad? I've tried drinking less and even drank nothing on one day but it makes no difference.

You periods might lighten up as you get older, but they always will be heavy. Try using a super tampon to make it feel less disgusting. I have heavy periods also, and if its such a problem you need to change your tampon like all the time, go to the doctor. Birth control will be perscribed to try to 'regulate' your period. Besides using a large absorbancy tampon, try drinking lemon water. It helps flush you out and it should make everything feel better. Take your vitamins also especially while on your period.

Putting a condom on inside out is not likely to happen. Condoms come packaged so like you put it on the head of the penis and just roll it down. I'm not sure if it will become less effective if it is on inside out, I would assume so because the spermicide is not on the outside anymore. You dont even have to worry about that because mess around with the condom befor putting it on.

It's totally normal. Every girl is different. Some bleed for 2 days and some bleed for 7 days. It all just depends. Don't worry about it! It may regulate its self as you grow older. If you are really worried, talk to your doctor. They can talk to you about options such as the birth control pill to try to regulate it. You really shouldn't worry about it unless you become 16 or 17 and its still an issue. But, right now, be happy and don't worry about it! Having your period sucks!

Technically, probably not. The only way the gyno can tell if you've done something (not just masturbating) is if her hymen is broken. It breaks either naturally (especially if u bike or horseback ride a lot), from masturbation, or from having sex for the first time. If your hymen is broken the gyno can tell that it is. They might then ask if you are having sex because most of the time that is what is assumed when the hymen is broken.

It really all depends on the girl. Some say it hurts a lot some say it doesn't hurt at all. It seems like your boyfriend is a good guy and that you feel ready for it. If you still feel worried you should try a vibrator first and see how that feels. For the first time, missionary is probably the best position. It's guy on top and girl on bottom. It's the simplest and probably the best for the first time. Once you start to feel more comfortable you can try new things.

I want to start going tanning at this major tanning salon near my house. Im having a problem with the lotions tho. The tanning salon has tons of lotions but theyr all expencive. They reccomend California Tan lotions but does anyone recomend others or like California Tan the best.

Tanning is dangerous, but hey, the way things are going, like 1 in 2 people are going to have cancer. You can get like cheapo stuff at the drug store like by Hawaiian Tropics for like anywhere from 3 - 9 dollars. Just look near the suntan lotions and make sure it says INDOOR TANNING LOTION. Also, when I went to the salon I purchased like Bronze Babe lotion and it was like 16 dollars which wasn't that bad. Also, your salon should give you a free sample for your first time so you don't have to worry about the lotion for the first time.
