For a major tan (and possibly a burn)? Find when the sun is the hightst where you live. In Texas its about 2-4 PM.

10 - 4 are the hours. The peak hours are 12 - 2. Basically, you wont get a tan before 10 or after 4. Check online at a www.weather.com for the UV index, the higher the UV, the better the tanning weather.

I suppose normally the best time would be in the afternoon when the sun is starting to shine bright. Maybe around noon- 2 or so would be best.

THE BEST HOURS?!! nooo min. if your in a tanning bed then ask the person who owns the tanning salon how many min. you should go for because he or she has to look at ur skin but dont wear sun block because you wont get tan at all if ur tanning out in the sun then like an hour a day between the hours of 11-2 thats the best time.
good luck

always<3

well it doesnt really matter as long as the suns out. normally i tan in the afternoon. the clouds dont block the suns rays, so you can get a tan even when its not directly on you. hope i helped! <33
