Losing weight and gaining muscle is a task that takes a long period of time to accomplish. I think that what you are doing is on the right track. Just keep at it and in a few weeks, you'll start to see results.

my really good friend is moving june 22, and i want to do something special. im not sure i can have a party so...does anyone have any ideas? even if you have an idea for making something would be helpful.

This is just an idea but i would suggest making a movie about her last day there. Take her out all around town and record everything on the way for her.

I suppose normally the best time would be in the afternoon when the sun is starting to shine bright. Maybe around noon- 2 or so would be best.

alright, i've been dating my b/f for almost a year now, and he lives in texas, and i live in pennsylvania, we talk all the time on AIM, and we talk alot on the phone too, i love him with all of my heart, it's not a question of that, but my rents don't know about him and vice versa, and lately i've been feeling like is this all really worth it in the end when we can be together, or should i break up with him. and i know he really loves me and whenever i talk to him about this, he always says "it will work out in the end, we were meant to be together" and i just don't know anymore...please help!! My advice to you is to just listen and follow to what is in your heart. Sometimes life takes us to places and things in which we have never thought would be true and that's what destiny is. Your future could be with him...or it could be without. I know parents may find it hard to understand long distance relationships because of all the media that has been going around but it's just like what that quote says "Love will always find a way". Long-distance relationships are difficult to maintain sometimes but life is never easy and it is how much you two love one another that will always keep that special bond from ever breaking. What he always says to you isn't something to stall time or anything like that...he says it because that's how he really feels about you. Anyway, just think about it to yourself and always listen to your heart.

You should not let what they say get to you. The more that they see how their insults and jokes are working, the more it encourages them. I suggest talking to a school counselor, teacher, principal, or parent about this because keeping this inside will only hurt you more.
