i take seven excruating dance classes a week and i am five three and onefifteen pounds
i cant figure out how to lose weight
i eat very healthaly all the time

Losing weight and gaining muscle is a task that takes a long period of time to accomplish. I think that what you are doing is on the right track. Just keep at it and in a few weeks, you'll start to see results. ]
115 is nott alot at all for being 5'3.. thats how tall i am and im like 105 and i'm one of the skinniest girls in my grades.. and you're very muscular so thers no way you need to loose weight! ]
You are active which is causing you to gain muscle which weighs a lot. Don't worry about it; you really don't need to lose weight. But if you want to shed off a few pounds, just eat foods with low carbs or whatever. If you keep on dancing and eating healthy, you'll lose weight. ]
