k I really want to lose weight but i cant
i take seven excruating dance classes a week and i am five three and onefifteen pounds
i cant figure out how to lose weight
i eat very healthaly all the time
help

Karen answered Friday June 10 2005, 4:06 pm: You are active which is causing you to gain muscle which weighs a lot. Don't worry about it; you really don't need to lose weight.
