If I don't eat sweets or drink sodas will I really see a difference in my weight?

you might, but it depends how much. like if you used to drink like 2 sodas every day and lots of sweets you will deffinetly see a difference. but if you have them once in a while, you might not see a big difference in your weight, but you'll deffinetly be more healthy. if you're trying to lose weight, do that but also exercise as much as you can and don't have more than about 1500 calories a day.

i want to scrunch my hair for tomorrow. so i plan on showering tonight and adding jell and putting it in a messy bun. then tomorrow morniung taking it out...will that work , or do yoiu have any tips ?

that works for some people, but not at all for me. i tried it one and when i took my hair our of the bun my hair was a mess of gel and tangles. it was gross. but my hair is retarted like all the time, so it might work for you. so this is what i do, i take a shower at night and in the morning i wet my hair with a spray bottle and scrunch it then put it in a messy bun until it dries. that usually works for me

yeah, her middle finger was "woo" lol so if you tap your fingers on a table you say "johnny" for all your fingers but "woo" for your middle finger. well at least i think so :]

what do you think is the biggest problem that faces teens today? like in the early teens or so.. from ages 12-15ish i guess, or it could count for everything in general i guess. its for this research paper thingy in my 7th grade literacy class and i dunno what topic to choose! i thought of sports cuz sometimes you get rejected and you have to try real hard but i couldnt really think of alot of ideas for that.. it has to be 1 specific thing. cant be like "family problems" has to be specific like "divorce". so whats your opinion? i'll use the best one here. thanks!

personally, peer pressure with drugs, alchohol, etc. hasn't been a problem for me, and not with other people i know either. i'd say the biggest probem for my age group would be trying to fit in. a lot of people try to be something they're not to try to be accepted, but still they don't think they have enough friends or whatever. i think that's a biggie lol

Alright, I was just in the shower, and I noticed my breast has this green bruise on it. It looks like marker, but it won't come off, and it hurts. I KNOW its a bruise. I don't have a boyfriend, and I haven't been drunk anytime recently. I have no clue what happened, and I don't remember doing anything that could have caused it. Is there a medical condition with green bruising(or any bruising, I've been getting lots of them, with no real reasoning).

don't worry, that happens to me like every day. seriously i wake up with new bruises all the time lol. i don't think it's anything serious, you probably just are bumping into things without realizing it/in your sleep.

Waaaaahhh! I am so fat. I am 5' 2" and 178 lbs. My stomach lingers down over the top of my pants and I have fat rolls along my sides. I want to know tips on how to disguise this without avtually losing weight. Are there girdles or something that will make me slim, beautiful, and stunning by next friday? I need to impress this guy. Bad. Help me. I am so fat!

Well, yeah there are girdles that can help a little bit, but why don't you want to lose weight? you'll be way healthier and more confident. stop whining and excercise lol. sorry but you needed to hear that. even if you start out with small exercises like jumping jacks and crunches for 15 minutes a few times a week and eat less often with more vegtables and fruits and whole grains, you will see a difference.

I'm kind of confused about the whole eyebrow plucking thing. I've been plucking my eyebros for several years, in an arch shape.

The advice I've read about this is that you always pluck the bottom of the eyebrow and never the top...but I have lots of random hairs at the top of my eyebrows and they always look messy because of this.

So is the advice about not plucking from the top correct and if so, why should you not pluck from the top?

There's nothing wrong with plucking the top. I agree with you, if there's stray hairs at the top there's no reason not to pluck them. plus it hurts less than the bottom. a lot less =]

An easier way is to just buy a santa costume and have someone you know whos a little on the heftyyy side dress up haha. it's cheaper and not as much work

Does anyone know of any easy and good excercises that flatten your abs and get rid of your love handles? I've been doing basic yoga and sit-ups and leg-lifts, etc. for a long time but they're not helping every much!!!

It's not working because the exercises you're doing are just strengthening your abs, not getting rid of the fat. Do cardio to burn the fat, like running. If you don't like to do that (like me lol) do jumping jacks, dance, jump rope, anything like that. then do the crunches & whatever to tone your stomach

you're probably overbaking them so they get harder. try baking them for a little less than you usually do and they might get softer

I usually have a clear clomplexion but this morning i woke up and i had a huge pimple right in the middle of my forehead. It feels like it's a knot and it hurts sooo bad! How can I get it not to be sooo swollen and to clear up really fast I have a date tomorrow!

If it looks kind of like a bug bite, it's an underground pimple(idk the real name) but they're annoying to get rid of, and yess they hurt i had one yesterday lol k anyway if you have retin a micro or anything like that, put it on a few times a day until it dries up. if not, you can get a non prescription one at the drugstore. if not, you can try putting rubbing alchohol on it a few times a day, it should help a little bit.
