Hey!!!! I go to DMS and i'm going into 7th grade. i have one dog and she's the sweetest, prettiest dog in the entire world and i love her very much. Her name's Reba and she is 9 and she'll be 10 in october. advice
Ihave areally hard time falling asleep at night night. Iget all nervous about murderer's breaking in, and it really scares me! I know thiz soundz childish, but does anyone have any advice on how to fall asleep quicker and it would help if you had advice on how to be calmer and not think every little noise in the night is someone breaking in.
Turn on the radio quietly and it will drown out most noises and will give u sumthin' else 2 think about when ur in bed. I hope i helped!

I am 14 and i havent started my period. I have been have this white stuff come out for about a year now and sometimes very heavily. Is there something wrong with me? I thought I would of started my period by now..
U don't have a problem- ur period will come when its ready- and the white is called discharge and it can come out heavily it doesn't matter.

I think u just need to show ur parents u r responsible- they probly also don't want the dog acting up cuz if he's not trained- it can be a mess. So u need to show them that u can keep that kind of responsibility.

I dont understand how all these younge kids come on here and ask for love advice and say how they are in love and "falling" for people. I dont think you kids really know what your talking about. Maybe instead of saying love so freely you all should start saying lust. thats what it really is.

I am 13 years old, i am about 5'2 and i weigh 115-120 pounds. i want to weigh at the most 105. I really want to lose weight, but am having trouble. there is never any food that i like at my house that is healthy, so i snack on shit. i swim 4 mornings a week on a swim team, and play sports in school, but i never seem to get thinner. i really want to lose 10-15 pounds before school starts...on the 6th of september. is there anything that i can do to make myself thinner in time? also, i am having trouble ridding myself of acne. i heard toothpaste works, but does it work WELL? also, how long do i have to keep it on for? how much should i put on?

I think it is probly the junk u eat. If u don't have any fruit at ur house- then tell ur parents next time they r at the grocery store 2 get like oranges apples grapes bananas anything! cuz if u eat that kinda junk it all supplies to ur weight. and the acne thing- it also is the junk. Sugars can make ur skin extra oily. So I bet if u lay off the junky stuff. You'll see improvement in both areas. I hope this helps!

ok i am 5'2 and i weigh 147..i was really pretty last year (and skinny) but this summer i gained alot of weight..imk still pretty i just wanted to know how to loose the weight..?(i rate good!)
U should excercize more. Make a time for yourself that u work out every day so that u'll always work out every day. U should also eat carbs b4 u work out especially if ur running cuz it will be less painful to u. U'll have energy and then the carbs turn either to muscle or just energy. good luck to u!
