Q: im 14 female, 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weigh about 119.. and i overweight?

Actually, you are underweight. The recommended minimum for women of your height and your age range is 128. The max is 147. You'll be just fine if you gain a few pounds.

Q: I wear a bra size 30A and I wear it on the very first hook and it makes marks right under my breasts, does this mean that I need a bigger size bra? Or is that normal..? If I don't need a bigger size, when do I know I need a bigger size? Please and thanks for answering these questions.

Are your breasts fitting into the cups properly? I.e. They're not popping out over the sides. If so, then you just need to increase the band size. Instead of wearing a 30A, wear a 32A. If your breasts are overfilling the cups then you will want to go to your local dillards, or other store for a fitting. They will measure and tell you what cup and band size you are.

Q: does anyone have any success stories on how exercise has affected their lives?

Three months ago I was at 355lbs. I'm at 275lbs simply from walking 3-5 miles everyday (and eating healthy), and still losing. I have more energy, I feel great.

The measurement (I.e. 36) is the measurement in inches of a woman around her chest, just below her breasts, where her bra will hook. The cup size is how large a woman's breasts are. All A's are the same size, All B's are the same size, as are C's, D's etc. Barbie, if made into a real person, would have a 39FF bust, a 19 inch waist, which by the way, is the same size as her head. Oh, and she would be 7' 2" with a size five shoe. The average woman is 5'4" with shoe size between 8.5 and 9.5. The average woman's bust size is 36 to 37B with a 30 to 34 inch waist. Oh, and Barbie is about 115 pounds underweight. Being so, she would die from malabsorption and malnutrition.

In my opinion, there's nothing wrong with dying your eyebrows. However, you should not do it yourself. Make an appointment at a local salon to have it done, that way you know they are using a product approved for facial hair.

Q: i'm kind of confused as to which hole to put the tampon in and where to find the hole. that's the main thing that gets me confused. i know its the vagina but which hole is that? please dont show a diagram because i still can't tell from that.

I understand. You only have two holes. One is in your butt, and you definitely do not want to put the tampon there. The easiest way to find the correct hole is like this: While laying on your back, run your hand down your stomach and open the lips of your vagina. Use your other hand to press along the slit until you feel your finger slip into a hole. If you have touched your butt cheeks, you have gone too far and need to start over. The opening to your vagina will be just before your reach your butt cheeks. It will be easiest to slip the tampon in while you're laying down, so have it laying next to you for when you find the opening to your vagina.

Q: Ok so lately for about 4 monthes (give or take) my period has been kinda screwed up. But before that it had been nearly on time EVERY TIME since i started it. The last couple monthes my period had been about 5 days (not uncommen) but had been a couple days early and late and that stuff (nothing big). But this month i have been really freaked. I have had my period for 1 year and a half (about). But i think i missed my period. I know its 'commen' for a teenager but like i said, i have never had this problem before. I was supposed to get it the 5, and its the 18 (almost 19). I have been sick for about a week but when i got blood work everything was fine. So now the questions. o and btw i am not sexually active, so i can not be pregnant.
1. Could this be the reason for my period problems?
2. Should i see a doctor?
3. Should i declare it missed or should i still wear pantie liners?
4. AND LAST- my boobs are really sore and they have been for a while. does that mean anything?

Breast soreness is common in teens. The soreness could be due to development or it may be that your period is coming within the next week and your are experiencing PMS. As you are not sexually active, it does not denote pregnancy, but in the future, it could be a sign of that. I wouldn't worry about one missed period during the teen years, but if next month you experience the same thing, make an appointment with a gynecologist.

I started trimming when I was thirteen. When I was fifteen I started shaving because, honestly, hair holds in odor and blood clots when you're on your period.

If you don't get your period, don't worry about it. If you do, get extra small tampons (yes, they come in different sizes). Getting small ones will help with your comfort level. It is unlikely that placing a tampon in your vagina will feel pleasing to you. But, if it does, that is okay. The easiest way to put a tampon in when you are young is to lay down on the floor or on a bed, bend your knees, spread your legs, and insert the tampon into your vagina. Use your finger as a guide for finding the opening to your vagina, once you've found it, the right sized tampon will easily go in. Once the tampon is in you will feel "full" down there, but it shouldn't hurt. The tampon will expand after you get into the water. When you feel that, don't be nervous, it's just soaking in water.
If you have a mother, a close aunt, or other close female friend, you may want to ask them to help you.

Q: is it true like if your in a bath or the lake your period will stop?

No, it's not true. You may not notice your flow as much, but that does not mean it has stopped. To avoid an embarrassing situation, wear a tampon (for when you're in a lake, swimming pool etc).

Out onto DVD? Rumors say mid to late October, but I have heard nothing official from the WB. Season seven is the last season. The final episode was shot with a hint of finality, but not so much so that there could not be an 8th season. Reason being that when the final episode was shot Alexis and Lauren were still negotiating their contracts and the cast was unsure whether or not there would be an 8th. Upon not being able to come to an agreement, it was decided that there would be no 8th season.

You're referring to different denominations of Christianity. Mostly the difference between denominations is their interpretation of the Bible. Although some denominations were created before the Protestant Reformation, most fall under the "Protestant" category. If you are unsure which denomination you wish to belong to, or if you wish to not belong to any specific denomination, attend a non- denominational church.

Get some puppy training pads from the pet store. They are expensive but worth it. Reward cuddles when you see her using the training pads, and punish her if you see her going to the bathroom not on one. Taking puppies out at least once every hour is helpful in addition to limiting their intake of food and water. She will get over the crying eventually and may even move on to barking. Dogs, unlike cats, are very attached to their humans, and miss them when they leave... even if they have only walked into the next room.

I know you don't want me to blame the issue on your pot smoking, but: Studies show the extended use of pot causes paranoia. You are also at an age where stress makes you susceptible to any number of mental disorders. Consult a physician about this, such as your primary care doctor. And don't withhold that you smoke pot. Because even if it's not the organic substance, or a mental issue, it may be a problem with what chemicals your grower uses.

Good or Not, yes you may be pregnant. When it comes time for your period, if you are two weeks late, take a pregnancy test. Remember, you should always use a condom. Both male and female condoms are readily available, so if he won't use one, you can. Condoms will protect (to a point) from becoming pregnant and contracting STIs such as HIV. Even if your partner swears they are STI free, use a condom, because they may not know their status.

Everyone else hasn't lost it, they're just trying to be "cool." Wait until you are prepared to lose your virginity. Remember, being 13 or 14 and pregnant or sick because you have AIDS because you had sex when you weren't prepared is not "cool."

DO NOT consider the pump that someone else mentioned. At your age your access to them is limited, but I wouldn't put it past someone giving one to you. They do not work, but may be harmful as you are not yet finished growing. 5.5 to 6 inches is average for a human penis of men whom have finished growing, you are fine.

Just take a deep breath.
First you should probably stop whining over only getting 200.00 to go to the mall. Most people your age don't even get 10 or 20.00 when they go to the mall.
Secondly, whatever goes on within your mother's marriage is her business. You do not need to stress out over her issues.
Does your mom happen to know about your boyfriend(s)? Well, you should probably slow down with arthur. You're too young for sexual relations and arthur's going to wind up in jail on statutory rape charges.
Your period is irregular because you're young and sexually active. If you don't have your period two weeks after it was supposed to come, take a pregnancy test.
You should probably tell your mom or your father you need to start seeing a counselor on a regular basis. Advice from random people over the internet is not going to suffice.
Word of advice: Focus on your studies now and worry about boys later. Down the road you will have regretted becoming sexually active too soon. Furthermore, focus on things you need to worry about and not so much what your mom should be concerned about. If you're always worrying for everyone around you, life will pass you by.
