I get the same way and i just hate it so much what I do is I take Ibuprofen and get a heating pad and lay down on the coach or you can get a nice hot shower but I always curl up and a little ball and it helps me a little bit.. I hope I helped. Or and you can also go swimming that easys the pain some.. ♥

okay well me and my boyfriend were going out for 5 years and then he proposed, and well we were gonna get married but some stuff happened and we made each other really mad so we broke up. so then he got a girlfriend and they got married. so i wasnt that upset because i had a boyfriend. and we went to my xboyfriends house to see it, because we dont hate each other. and then i was mad when i saw the house because it was the one i'd been looking at for like ever. so my boyfriend and his wife were inside and i was outside getting some air and he came out and he was turning the sprinklers on, and i walked up and asked him what his problem was and he fliped out on me and was saying how my boyfriend doesnt love me and hes only with me because im hott. then i got upset and my boyfriend drove me back to where we lived at a camp. so i told everyone [family + friends that live there] and they got mad at him. and he showed up 2 days later and told everyone that he still loved me and all that. so then my boyfriend proposed to me and i didnt know what was wrong, i said no. i told him i loved him and everything but i still had feeling for my xboyfriend. so i went to walmart ((idk why)) and i saw him there. and i asked him if he still loved me why he got married. nd he said cuz he wanted me to feel the pain he put me through. so i told everyone at home that we were back together and now theyre all mad..did i really do anything that bad? I think that you did the best thing for you. I foyu really did love each other then why not be together? Your family and friends are just mad because they knew how much this guy has hurt you and they dont liek to see you hurt maybe they will see that you guys are happy together an that things are different and they will be okay with it to. I think that your boyfriend doesnt want to be with you i know that really hurts to hear but he didnt know how to tell you so he decided to get someone knew and not talk to you anymore thinking that you would get the hit. Trust me it has happened to me many of times.So just say whatever then and move on either find someone knew or hang out with your friends that will get your mind off of him and dont call him because then people will say that your "sweating" him and thats never good for a girl. Ok There is this boy Zac and I Like him A LOT! And my friend Emmie thinks he likes me. I'm just going to say what happened to me when I hung out with him last( I haven't before this was the first time ). Well I was just standing in a corner at a basketball game and he came up to me and said, " Who are you? " and I simply replied my name and then he said " Oh okay I know you " and he walked away to play his basketball game( it was at half time ). When it was over he came over to me and said "Is your screen name g-o-i-n space.." and I just said yeah. Then he kept like sitting next to me. It was really funny watching him though because he was like kind of dancing lol. But anyways he kept coming over and sitting next to me and I was talking to him and he was looking at me this whole time. And whenever I looked over he didn't look away he just smilied. Well then I went outside and he I guess was talking about me because he pointed to me and said something to one of his friends. Well then he couldn't find me I guess but he came outside and started talking to me. I'm moving schools this summer. I went to visit my new school, and very few ppl were nice to me. Everyone else knows that i just came from a privite school, so they hate me and treat me like garbage.
