It is normal to have discharge. It is not suppose to be super heavy though, like your period. If this is bothering you a lot, wear a pad or pantiliner. Also, you could see a gynocologist and she could give you some tips.

The most common side effects are nausea and headaches. I think it depends on the pill you take. There are a lot of different ones. With the one I'm on, I haven't experienced any of the side effects except for a headache like once and being nauseaus a few times. It's not that bad. Hope I helped!

soo usually i go to bed around 1-3 am, then wake up between 7-7:30 for school. would it be ok to leave a tampon in during the night? i for sure always wake up in the mornings, and i put new ones in right before i go to sleep.
Its fine to sleep with a tampon, as long as you don't sleep more than 8 hours. Make sure you dont forget to take it out in the morning. Maybe leave yourself a note or set an alarm clock.

For your hair, you could scrunch it or straighten it. The opposite of what you usually do with your hair. I think scrunching or curling your hair would look nice with the outfit. Use a lot of gel and strong hair spray so it will stay cute the whole night! Good luck.

Maybe you could try changing your style a bit. Do something different with your hair and clothes. If you change your hair, most likely, people will notice and compliment you. You could straighten it or scrunch it, i'm not sure what you usually do, but when I wear my hair one of those ways, I get complimented. If you don't wear make-up, you should start wearing some. Eyeliner, mascara, lip gloss. I'm not sure if you shop at hollister or american eagle, but if you get some new clothes, people will notice. Try not to get too jealous of your friend. Don't act like your desperate for attention. Be yourself !

Well, if you take a shower in the morning before school, try scrunching it. Buy some gel, you can find that at like CVS for a couple of dollars. After you get out of the shower, towel dry your hair for a little bit, then put some gel on your hands and rub it through your hair. Scrunch your hair in your hands. This should be making it curly. Then, spray it with tons of hairspray. If you want to dry it, hairdry it on cold air, not hot because that will make it frizzy. If you dont like showering before school, do this at night. After you get out of the shower, scrunch it and everything, and make sure to put extra hair spray in it. Put your hair in a bun at the top of your hair and sleep gently on it. Take it out in the morning and rescrunch a little.
You could also do double french braids. Ask someone you know that knows how to french braid to do your hair for you. Your mom, friend, neighbor, anyone. Make two french braids, one on each side. If you have bangs, don't braid them in.
You could get your hair cut too. Layers or angles are cute. Also, side bangs are in.

Starving yourself doesn't make you any skinnier, really. It just makes you unhealthy and that's a form of an eating disorder.
The healthy way to lose weight, is to exercise daily, for a few hours. Join a sport, run around your neighborhood, do a hundred sit ups a day, anything. Also, eat healthy. Fruits and vegetables. Drink milk or orange juice every morning to keep you strong. Eat three meals every day, and try not to snack too much. Avoid junk foods. Make sure you eat meat, vegetables, and all that good stuff haha. If you don't want to join a sport, try signing up for the gym.

You don't have to spend a lot on your boyfriend. It's not about presents, money can't buy love. If you don't want to spend money, make him something. I think a cute idea would be to get him a gift card to the movies. Make a huge card and write " lets go to the movies together sometime " or something cute like that. Or you could buy him a movie that he wants to see and get a bunch of popcorn and candy and plan a date for just the two of you to watch the movie. Good luck!

XXL Maybeline mascara works great! I bought it for like 8 dollars, I think that's expensive but all of my friends say it works really good for making your lashes longer. Theres two sides to it, one side is white and it makes your eyelashes longer. The other side is black and it volumizes your eyelashes and makes them look thicker. 13/f ive had my period since i was ten and i just started using a tampon so i have a few questions about it. is it normal for it to hurt when i sit down? or did i do something wrong? also i feel a little lightheaded. could this be due to the tampon? and also any other advice would be highly helpful
If you can feel the tampon when you move or sit down, that means it's not in enough. That's not a bad thing, it's just uncomfortable. To fix ittt, take the tampon out and insert a new one. Make sure you push it up until you can't feel it at all. Read the directions on the tampon box. Wear the lightest absorbancy for your flow. And change your tampon every 6 hours. Hope I helped!
