DONT know what to wear.
Okay, I have a family friends christmas party to go to. Its supposed to be casual, but still dressed up. Does that mean its okay to wear jeans, a nice top and heels? I dont know how to wear my hair or a good outfit to wear. I dont want to be TOO dressed up or too casual. Whats a good balance?

Your outfit sounds perfect. Jeans are casual and heels and a nice top are dressed up.
As for the hair, I think smooth and sleek would work best because really, with that style, you can't go wrong. If you always have your hair like that, perhaps put half up / half down.
If you put your hair up, it will make you look more sophisticated but will help focus on other things like makeup if you wear any.

I think jeans, a nice top, and heels sound great.
For your hair, you could scrunch it or straighten it. The opposite of what you usually do with your hair. I think scrunching or curling your hair would look nice with the outfit. Use a lot of gel and strong hair spray so it will stay cute the whole night! Good luck.

Also, you could try courdaroys (sorry about spelling) with a nice top as well. Thats always a great winter choice. As for your hair, if your shirt is short sleeve, soft waves or straight hair. If your shirt is long sleeve, try an updo to balance out the length of the outfit.
