Christmas presents!!

Question Posted Saturday December 23 2006, 3:26 pm

So as everyone knows, Christmas is in two days. I still don't have any presents for my mom, dad, sister, or grandparents! I don't have any money either, and I dont want to ask people for money, so I was thinking of making them gifts. I need some ideas, something easy, that I could make in a day. Any advice is appreciated!

Happy Holidays.

Parents are always hard, I'm giving my dad a book and my mom a frame with black/white photos from our trip to new york this fall.
Then my sister I'm giving a really pretty shirt and matching necklase. But since your sister is 10 then something girly, fluffy, gilltery and pink can never go wrong. I don't have any grandparents really so i can't help you that much. But I'mi guessing something made by you is always good. Do you knit, draw, take pictures, sing or anything you can to that for them.

Hope I helped in anyway.
Merry Christmas!

i like jenns idea..but u could also make some sort of food.(for your dad && grandfather especially...the best way to a mans heart is through his stomach)..or find some recipes for your mom and grandmother...or you could write them something...like a letter or poem telling them how much they mean to you and stuff!!And for your sister maybe you could offer to help her with homework or chores or something... thats what i normally do!!i hope this helps...good luck!!and let me know what happens!

Bravo! homeade gifts are what really matter! What is a very sweet thing to do is write them a letter telling how much they mean to you and how much you love them. That will melt anyone's heart lol and if that doesn't work then go to Walmart like I did lol. Sorry I couldn't help much~aeromonkey

Make them something else....possibily a photo album, or something very inexpensive. For you sister (I don't know how old she is), but some kind of craft item that you can do together. Get all the stuff ready and give her that in a nice little box, and tell her that you look forward to working on it with her. That way she thinks that you want to be involved in her life, which I am sure that you do. I hope that this helps, let me know what you come up with.

Jenn
