Ok well i dumped this guy lets say his name is joe and well i still love him and i want to go bak out with him. and he just dumped his other girlfriend today. they only went out for like 4 days and well my question is should i ask him out or should i just stay friends with him? (link)

In my opinion, although it might not be the responsible thing to do, i say go for it, its not like they went out for four months or even four weeks. if he starts liking someone else, your going to kick yourself for missing your chance...
just say something like ...i think i made a mistake by letting you go....all soft and girly, and see where it goes from there...

no, you dont have to be in the phone book...for instance my aunt is a docter so she choose not to be in the phonebook so people won't call her at two in the morning
and i have a friend who put in a whole nother line for sales calls, and thats the number that goes in the phonebook
its your choice whether to be in it or not

i think that dating a friend is better than dating someone your not really friends with....its a lot less akward...and you breeze past the getting to know you stage...your comfortable in a good way...true the first kiss might be a little weird...but sometimes weird is more intersting...and if you ever do brake up make sure he knows that you wanna go back to being good friends, and then actually go through with it...if you wanna stay good friends, just stay the same...it might get akward at first, but you'll work it out...if you brake up that is...maybe you two might be soulmates;)

Ok so this is really a question but also advice.
So there’s this boy in my Church group and I think he likes me but I’m not sure.
This one time (the first time I laid eyes on him) he kept smiling at me. And even when he knew I was looking he was still smiling for a few moments and I did too. But then looked away. Then later he asked if he could trade spots with the guy next to me so he could “talk to the other guy next to him” the guy said no though. But anyway, today I came in and I all the seats were rounded in a circle and so I walked in and there was a seat right infrount of me. It looked like all the other seats were taken. And it was right by him. I don’t know if he was saving a seat for me because his stuff was there and he moved them when he saw me come in. But I’m not sure. So then I sat down. And he actually started talking to me. Full attention, and smiling. He asked me questions and asked if he could see my phone. Then I cought him once or twice lookling at me. And I’m not sure but I THINK I saw him put his foot near mine. But I was looking up, but I think I saw it at the end of my eye but I’m not sure. So mabee that doesn’t count. So does he like me???

Well he probably likes you in some way...if it's in you know "that" way or as in an "i want to be your friend" way I'm not sure.
One sign that he likes you could be if when you talk, he looks at your lips.
Try flirting back and see what happens,
If your sitting next to him, touch his foot with yours or ask him if he has a girlfriend...if he does, well forget it, but if he gets all flustered, looks confused and goes no!! then maybe he was flirting with you and is suprised you didnt know
if all goes well, maybe ask him to the movies or something, nothing against you making the first move

well you could try running or getting excersice
thats supposed to get some sort of chemical in your body movin which is supposed to make you happy
also think about how if you hurt your body you could be hurting the ones you love. eat for them if you can't eat for you.

Ok, so i moved from California to Ohio this summer, mid July, and i didnt really meet anyone during the summer because there wernt really any oppotunities. So i thought ok i will make friends when school starts, well i started wednesday. No one has even attempted to talk to me there, not even say hi. So when lunch comes around i sit at an empty table and eat by myself. I feel like such a loner. At my old school i had soooo many friends. What am i doing wrong? People tell be just be friendly, well of course im friendly but whenever i try to talk to people i feel out of place, like they are thinking, "Who is this weird new girl?" Ok this is how you weed your way into people's lives. Scope out your classes for a girl (start with same gender first) who seems nice and has a good group of friends and who seems smart. During class, ask find out something she likes. One day, ask her a question about something and casually bring up something you know she would want to talk about. If she seems friendly enough be like "Um...I know this sounds rude, but Im new, do you mind if I join you at lunch sometime?" I doubt she'll say no and even if it's just a pity yes, during lunch you could turn it into a yay-yes

whats your first name? ussually for advice columns people use something with their first name such as heatherhelp or advicealice. if you dont have a good first name for that you can either make up a fake first name or you can go with something non-name related. its cute if it rhymes or starts with the same first letter like niceadvice or hopefulhelp.

the other week my boyfriend went all quiet for the day. i didnt think anything of it. then a couple of days later he told me that he was quiet because he was wondering if i was the right one for him. but then he said that he knows now that i am.
but today he went quiet again. i asked him what was up and he said 'nothing im just thinking.'
and so i said 'im scared now'... and he goes 'so am i'...
so obviously its scared the living day lights out of me. i love him 2 pieces and dont want to loose him.
i said to him ' i love you' and he usually says back. ' i love you too' but this time he said. ' i know you do'.....
just before he left he said 'dont worry.' cus he cud tell i wasnt right. and i said 'really' and he said yes. a few minuites later i told him that i was still well paranoid. and he said you should be.... but in a niceish way not as if he was trying 2 frighten me...
he still kept kissing me and hugging me and still said that he is coming over tomorrow. but i still feel really paranoid.
please say that is all it is i really dont want to loose him. he is the first person i have ever loved and i cant loose him. it would kill me.
please any help would be brilliant.

depending on how long you've been going out, it might just be him going through a phase. guys ussually get restless after they've been in a relationship and start wondering if what there doing is right. the way he acts should tell you if its just a phase that will pass or something is seriously wrong.
if he brings up another girl a lot, then u shud definetly be worried and ask questions until you figure what his relationship with her is. he could be doing that because he's torn between two girls and in that case you need to take a break from each other.
he could just be recapping your relationship in his mind. if hes like half smiling while he thinks then maybe hes just thinking about your relationship in general and where its going. this is not a bad thing.
he could just be going through a phase because maybe hes never loved someone as much as you and it scares him. in that case, just give him time to adjust.
if he continues acting this way and doenst directly tell you whats bugging him then maybe bring up a couple of these kind of scenerios and see how he reacts to each one.

im not a docter, but when I was in fourth grade I got the same way for a few months. for a while they kept giving me strep tests cuz they thought I had strep. After the fourth time they sent me for tests. I had a disease called epstein-barr (i think thats how you spell it) which bassicly meant i was tired all the time. I used to miss whole days of school just cuz I was tired. Ask your docter about it and see if he thinks you show the same systoms.

ok i really like this girl. i don't know what to do though, since she sometimes acts like she likes me, and yet others she doesn't. i also have trouble asking her out (because i am somewhat shy and/or a coward when it comes to that), but i really want to.

I've had guys who sometimes act like they like me and sometimes dont. Either they do like you and just don't think you like them so there afraid. in this case you should try subtle flirting moves. like putting your arm around her back or playfully being like what do you think would happen if we went out? see how she responds. Also ussually if a girl looks at your lips a lot, it could be a sign she likes you. Also, if you guys have mutual friends cassually bring her up in conversation and see if your friend gets all weird or says something stupid, which could be a sign that she likes you.
The other option is that they don't like you and just feel bad blowing you off. in this case, try the same subtle flirting moves and you can tell the differance.

PS being a girl, I know we can be very forgiving when it comes to things like that. if your not sure, ask her out, if she says no then be like ok can we still be friends like nothing has changed? most likely she'll say yes, if not then she wouldnt be a very good friend anyway.

My best friend and I were so close at the end of the school year and actually since last year. I love her so much and trust her with everything and we are crazy together, aka we are best friends. Now that it is summer she is always off at camp or at her boyfriend's house. I have been busy too (with other friends and my horses and stuff) but I always get the time to call her. She usually only talks for a few minutes and then goes to her boyfriend's house. I just don't want our friendship to fade and, at the end of the school year, she told me that I had better keep in touch over the summer. It isn't as if she is my only friend by a long shot but she is one of the best I've ever had. I fricken love that girl so much. What do I do? (link)

My best friend happens to think her boyfriend and I like each other (we're always teasing each other and stuff). Neither of us do, but she has litterally said that if we wanted to go out or something, that yes she would be upset, but if we were meant to be, shes not going to stand in the way.
Maybe you should talk with Tamarah. First ask her how her relationship is, if she says its not going well, well then your in good luck. If she says its great maybe you need to tell Paul to have a talk with her. He doesnt have to say u like each other, just that maybe he and tamarah should just be friends.

well my best friend and i have been friends for like 2 1/2 years. we usually get along suprisingly well and never fight, although we did get into some arguments and there are just little things she does that annoy me . i've tried to talk to her about it but she is frustratingly stubborn and wont see anything from anyone elses side but her own. she also makes it blantantly clear about the little things i do that annoy her and try to stop, but cant quite since they just happen involuntary. in the past week or so shes been acting weird and telling me differnet things, such as pointing out if i have acne on my face...which obviously isnt a huge self esteem booster. she told me i had gained weight since last WEEK, that i havet oo much fat on my stomach (which i know i dont because im 5"7 and only 115 lbs) and that i have too skinny of arms and man hands. i try talking to her about this but she freaks out and says it was a joke. it wasnt a joke...and if it was why didnt she laugh? why didnt i laugh? she didnt say it in an easygoing voice she said it matter of fact and i dont know what to do because i want to remain friends with her but the fact that she wont listen to me is really irritating.
i need to know what i should do.

I enjoy writing poetry, so the last time she did it i wrote a poem about betrayal and she got the messege. i realize now that was a little harsh though.
She said the only reason she kept on joking was becaus I didn't say anything.
If flat out talkin won't work why don't you give her a taste of her own medicine once in a while?
And then afterwards laugh, so your not as harsh.
or tell her its just not funny to u, and as your friend can she just plz respect that.

I have a 12 year-old sister. I made her a myspace a while back and made it private. She didnt know how to do anything on myspace. Well now shes almost 13 and she is completely addicted to myspace. More addicted to it then anyone of us i bet. She has atleast 5 myspaces of famous people that she made and is pretending to be them and telling everyone she is&& she talks to every single one of the people that Message her. I have told her manny times that she will end up talking to the Wrong person&& he will seriously hurt her.I told her that she has to be atleast 16 to be able to have a myspace and talk to people that are not her friends. She doesnt care. I have blocked myspace && she found away around it. I have told my parents and they tell her not to get on it. She pretty much tells them im not or screw off. She has no respect for anybody in my family and moesnt care what anyone tells her. Myspace has caused her to spend endless hours on the computer. SHe is on from the Second she wakes up to the second she goes to bed. And she will pretend to go to bed and then when everyone in the house is a sleep she will wake up and get on the computer. No matter the time of day. We have a password on the computer but she found it out By watching what my dad typed in.
Im sorry this is long but she needs help.
Please dont just say talk to herand tellher what will happen if she talks to the wrong person. Again she doesnt care.
&& if i tell my parents that she wakes up and gets on she will say no i don't even tho they believe me she doesnt get into any trouble. We usedto have this rule only 30 minutes on the computer at a time but she doesnt go by it but if say i was on the computer and she wanted on she would say kim you have been on for 30 minutes your turn is over.

Just watch her type in her password one day or wait til she leaves the computer ungaurded and delete her myspace.
Tell her if she tries to create a new one you will just do the same thing, it serves her right.
