so i generally go by erin. i'm probably 19 years old. i hate my birthday. i go to penn state mckeesport, and i'm majoring in meteorology. i work at a freaking pizza hut. and i like the colors blue and green. so here's the deal. i would like to describe myself as mature, but that's hardly the truth. i love laughing and making others laugh. i'm random. i'm sarcastic. you'll think i'm crazy the first time you meet me, but i promise you'll learn to love me. i live for partying with friends and gettin a little crazy. i don't care what you think about me. i'm not afraid to be honest. if it hurts your feelings somewhere along the way, oh-well. i really hate when people tell me what i can or can't do. i hate asking for help. i'm pretty independent. i have serious trust issues. i don't know why, and i can't help it. i overthink things and worry too much, yet manage to be too impulsive at times. i have OCD. and i'm a perfectionist. it doesn't take much to make me upset. sometimes i cry for no reason. then i laugh about it, cause i'm so stupid sometimes. i trip a lot. get used to it. i can play the piano like a fiend. i have to sniff everything. i'm easy-going and hate making decisions. i love to stand outside in thunderstorms, until someone has to pull me back inside. i'm really addicted to mountain dew. i'm a huge sucker for a guy with a guitar. i'm probably too nice for my own good. and one last thing. u will never hear me scrape my fork against my plate. ever.



i don't normally answer a whole lot of questions on here, mostly because they're either stupid or asked a million times.

Awww! Just tell her. I was in the same position as you 2 weeks ago and I told him. Here's what you do. Tell her you like her, but if she doesn't feel the same way, that you're OK with being friends. yesterday i fell nd i got cut pretty bad and in a few hours, im going swimming and if i get in the water, will the chemicals in the pool burn my scar?

Nopee. Just put some neosporin on it like the person below me said. It shouldn't hurt at all, actually it should feel better. I've gone in the pool with cuts before and it didn't hurt at all, so don't worry about it. :]

I recently heard antiperspirants can cause cancer, is this true? I NEED to wear antiperspirant or I have really, really bad sweat stains under my arms, which also smells. I don't want cancer, but I don't want to stop using antiperspirant.

Oh geeze, I've heard of that. EVERYTHING causes cancer now. The next thing you'll hear is SHOWERING will cause cancer. Ignore it. People use antiperspirants everyday and they're not going to get cancer. Believe me, people will thank you for it, no one likes stinky armpits. :P

Okay, so I got my braces off the other day so obviously now I have retainers. What I want to know is, for people who've had them, did you ACTUALLY wear them 24/7? They hurt a little& are EXTREMELY annoying. I know I'll wear them to bed, & probably at home, but I don't want to wear them all the time at school/with friends.

So basically, I'm asking, did you wear them all the time or about 2/3 of the time & still were okay?
My brother told me he wore them basically at night & when he was at home & I know he's fine.
[Please don't preach to me about how I should do as my orthodontist says or whatever, she's kind of a psycho so I can't really trust her, plus they all say to wear them all the time but I know people don't...]

OK well I got a retainer 2 years ago and I hated it, because like you said, it hurt and was really annoying. I wore it at first and still do [very rarely though]. But besides that, it's been 2 years with practically no wearing of the retainer. And my teeth have hardly moved. Mainly just my front 2 teeth. So I would suggest wearing it, but not all the time. Maybe like 1 week a month or something. Maybe I'm just lucky and if that's the case, if you notice your teeth starting to move, wear it for awhile until they're back to normal.

I am definately not asking for someone to do my homework. I just need some ideas. I need to find a topic for an Argumentative Essay. Basically it's a PRO/CON thing & we pick a side. Everyone is doing the basic Smoking, Alcohol, Poverty, Abortion, Crime, Gay Marriage, Woman's Rights, etc. I do not want to do something like that. I want something that's interesting, not too difficult to find sources [we do not need them] & not too general that everyone will pick it. Any ideas? I did try google & I did not see anything that was interesting. Thanks!

ok so im 100 lbs and in the 8th grade, and i want to be smaller. i used to be the thinnest of all... then i gained. i want to be the SMALLEST of everyone i know, and i know i can do it b/c i have before. i really want to become anorexic, PLEASE, ive heard all about how it screws you up and stuff, but i want ways to BECOME anorexic, not people telling me the dangers i already know all that. if youve been anorexic before, please tell me how you did it, b/c i want to be! i havent eaten all day and when i do, i just throw it up. i dont seem to be seeing much of a difference, so please tell me how to be anorexic.

Hmm I saw some new scents at the Bath and Body Works yesterday and they had a coconut one. I'm not too crazy about coconut, but it smelled nice. So maybe try hitting the mall and checking it out. :]

Hahah well at my school, people throw food at each other, knock down trash cans, and set off stink bombs. You could also start singing some crazy song at the top of your lungs during lunch. Maybe you could all start running down the hallway and screaming weird, random things like "Your mom tastes like catfish!" And yeah, that was kinda random, but that would def make you look crazy hahah! Have fun! :D

lately there's been a lot of pressure to get into drinking/getting high. im wondering if when you're high, can you control yourself in any way, like around parents? im basically asking if there's anyway to hide either of these, or if i'll just have to do it and sleepover at a friends that night.

Most likely they'll be able to tell because it's hard to control your actions if you're drunk or high enough. I'm not gonna tell you it's bad and not to do it, because if you want to experiment, there's nothing wrong with that as long as you don't overdo it. I wouldn't sleep over a friend's house, unless you're sure their parents won't be home. Instead, just go someplace around your neighborhood where you're sure no one will see you. That's what I did when me and my friend were experimenting with cigarettes. Which are nasty by the way. :D

im in 9th grade, 15, and im THIS close to going out with a 7th grader. he's 13. this is odd, because im not desperate, im just really attracted to him. and we like each other. but, is it worth it? and is that really odd? and, by the way, i don't care what people will say, that wouldn't be a reason not to go out with him. so any words of advice?

Well I'm currently a senior girl and went out w/ a freshman boy a while back. Yes, people will say stuff. But if it doesn't bother you, then go out with him. Just remember he might not be as mature as you, so you might run into problems there, or at least I did. But anyway, I say go for it. I don't think it's odd. You're just two people attracted to each other and age is just a number. And if anyone says anything, just say you're like Demi and Ashton hah!
