Awwww!! i have the same problem!! and mines bc of that!! this one guy from last year who i hate with a passion now broke my heart and stomped on it i fornt of the world!! and with time youll be able to get over him and stick with other guys... i kno its hard!! its gay!! but for right now look for a guy with the same sorta traits... intrests i guess u cna say and see how that works... otherwise u just gotta hang in for the ride!! hope i helped!!

depending on what color your hair is now--maybe-- if your like blonde or somethin dont do it yourslef-- or if your going blonde dont do it yourslef!! i kno from experience and it sucks-- my hair has turned orange from dying it from brown to blonde- adn red from dying it form blonde to brown and now im stuck with like auburn colored hair- but if you like brown hiar and you wanna go a shade or 2 lighter or darker than do it at home...

I have really bad panic attacks and they seem to be controling me. I am running out of ideas on what to do. I have had aniexty since I was 4 years old. I am 15 now. I just need to get my life back in order. I am just not sure how. If anyone has panic attacks, can you give me ideas to get over them?
I also I many mental issues. Like angoraphobia, O.C.D, Panic disorder, Aniexty, and alot of others. I have been to two mental hospitals and 50 or more doctors and consualors.. I am losing all hope on myself. (link)

I have panic attacks too!!! and i honestly havnt thought that anybody else has had them... i started getting them like a couple months ago. but they terrify me like im scared to go and do stuff with people bc i feel like its taking over me!! i know how scary it is! but i had to go get some sorta shot im not sure what it is called but its really helped me to calm down ( for a littele bit-- i think it does somethin to your nerves or sumthin--maybe-- but im not really sure i just know that it helped ALOT!!). ----and then when you have a panic attack you have to use your pressure points or something my doctor told me! like put pressure in the middle of your rib cage while breathing in and out for like 2 mins and it helps you to breathe-- umm i dont knw what else to tell you bc im guessin yours are far more severe than mine!! hope i helped a little bit!!

do you think its possible to acctually fall in true love in the 7th grade? i know everyone always says you dont find love until youre older, but i think ive found the perfect person. seriously... if someone asked me to change somethinmg about him, i would say no, he needs no changing. ive gone out with him three times and all three times we broke up for stupid reasons. hes always there for me, and always makes me feel like the smartest, prettiest, most unique person in the planet. he is willing to listen to my views on things, and trys really ard to make me happy. he is artistic, yet hes also a football player. hes really hot but i SWEAR thats not why i love him. well, i think you get my point so ill be quiet now. I guess its posible... but im thinkin that you prolly havnt looked ahead at other guys first. Im like that with guys where i say that i like them so much and theyre so perfect, but then when they do somethin to hurt you, well then ur like ur everything i dont need and everything i dont want. So give it time and see what goes on between yall two, and then depending on what happens you can decide whether or not its love, but just remember there are about a million other guys out there too so dont focus ALL of your attention onto this one guy!! hope i helped!!

ok i need help yesterday 4/14/05 i was baby sitting my best friends little 4 year old brother because she went on vacation and we were playing hide and seek in my woods and after a few minets i could not finde him then i herd him scream!! i finally found him crying and screming on the ground a stick got poked rite in his eye im not sure how far back it got i pulled it out but half of the stick broke off into his eye he is getting very sick and i can't get any thing done with out his parents permission and they don't even kno their coming back on 4/19/05 in 5 day and i don't kno wut to do HELP ME PLEAS!!! YOU NEED TO GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!!!! let them check it out and see what they can do ! nad then you very definatly need to call the parents and let them know so they can help take care of them... You could have a lawsuit put against you if you dont end up tellin the aprents and they end up coming home and finding their kid in critical condition or better yet ... dead! dont pput yourslef in that situation! go get it taken care of!!

well hang out with his friends and find out what he likes. then from all that info, like for example if he likes racing then come to school in a racing shirt, just use somethin that sparks his intrest to get him to see you and then flirt with him... and lol.. u kno the rest...

I am a 14 y/o guy who is about 115 lbs and 5'6". By far I am one of the smaller guys in our class. I have been working out for a month or so. However just like everyone else knows, working out isn't the only thing that's gunna get you in shape. What other things (food,activities, etc)can I do to help my body a little bit.

well when you first start out smile at her every tie she passes that way she gets familiar w/your face... after about a week if she doesnt aproach u... u need to aproach her and just say hey... do that for a little while and if she doesnt start a conversation, u should... that easy!! hope i helped!

thats a really hard decision! guys are really confusing! but if you have a boyfriedn... stick with him.. chances are hes not going ot blow u off since you are "going out and all" and r you 100% sure this other guy likes you? because if he doesnt you may end up getting yourself into a not so hott situation.. hope i helped a little...
