Hey,my situation is prolly a pretty common one,but i'll go into it anyway. I'm an 18 year old guy,who knows this really nice girl for over a year. The reason i never made my move on her was that she was always going out with one of my friends and still is. I am under the impression that i'm her friend and nothing more,b/c she tells me things prolly only her bf should know and i feel bad about this. I just found out that my best guy friend of 3 years has a crush on me. At first I was so confused about how I felt about him... I told him that I didn't know if I liked him back. But after I thought about it, I realized that I do like him. I would ask him out, but here's the problem: He went out with my sister *she's only a year younger than me* & he was pretty jerky to her. He'd hit on me right in front of her, and as if that isn't bad enough, he broke up with her by calling her from another friend's house (who was a GIRL btw.) Then a day after their breakup, he came over to my house & starting apologizing & crap, saying that his friend made him do it. He was so mean to my sis, so I'm afraid to get involved with him. my family and just switched to a new church that my cousin goes to. ok i'm really short like 5'0 and I think I'm over really weight I'm about 125-130:-/ and I want to get myself bad into shape. Do you think I'm honestly over weight? Can you tell me some workouts that can help me?
I'm swimming alot now and getting back into doing a lot of crunches every day. But I need more to do. Plus I'm trying not to eat junk food and eat health (fruits, salads, some veggies) although I don't do good with veggies I don't really like them what do I do in that case? (link)

Your only a little overweight.For excercises try running,sit ups,pushups,lifting weights.You dont have to do all im jus listin ideas.For the food case u should try eatin atleast a little bit of veggies.But if it makes u like gag then dont eat them.Hope i helped u!Much
