Try reading a book or watching a movie or something that you just love doing....set ur mind to wutever else your doing and that way it will help you not think about it....you could also just try taking lots of naps or something....im so sry and i hope you get better.

i have a bunch of friends and all. we hang out together a lot, but there is one problem. whenever i'm in a group situation, i always am the one left out - i guess you could call me the odd man out. i think my friends take me for granted, knowing that i'll always be there for them whenever they need help or whatnot, and that's the only time i feel like they care about me, when they have a problem they need help with. is there any way i could get my friends to realize that they're treating me like crap without actually saying it to them or acting really rude or whiny? thanks so much. i rate :D
