okay i have been talking to this guy for about a month maybe a little longer and i like him alot and he says that he likes me alot too and we snuck out and went to the movies but we used to fight everyday about nothing but then one day my ex ruined it because he called me and he said that a girl wanted to meet him and the guy iam talking to said he dont want to meet her but i thought that he said that he did so i got all mad and then we never talked again but then i begged for him back and he was a really good guy and all and he said that he loved me and i said it back and i really did mean it i still love him right now...
but we havnt talked in like 3 weeks well we have for like 2 minutes on the phone but then one saturday like 3 days ago i was texting him on his phone i wanted to ask a question and it said that it was his girlfriend but he texts a special way and that is how the text was so i was lik this aint his girlfriend he dont even have one this is him but i still like him ALOT!!!
but i dont know what to do because i love him and everyday in school i think about the time that we spent together and i cant get him out of my mind!!!!

So me and my ex boyfriend went out for over a year. I broke up with him 6 months ago because feelings faded. It was the hardest thing I ever had to do. For his benefir we didnt talk for a few months he clearly wasnt over me. Hes been dating a girl for 2 months and he thinks he loves her. I was legitimately happy for him. We started talking again.
She left him a week ago and hes come to me for support. As he describes his lost relationship, it makes me feel miserable, jealous, remembering what we had. I just dont know how to comfort him without rekindling old wounds.

You have to help him get over what he had with this girl and you the reason he came to you for comfort is because your his security blanket and he needs you but you need to tell him that because your just friends you can only comfort him a little you have to seperate yourself from him i knoe you feel bad when he talkes about his relationship but you cant become all miserable and then end up doing something that will make him think that there is something is still between you two just let him be for awhile make yourself seem busy so he cant come to you for comfort and doesnt make you doing something stupid take my advice i went through the exact same thing with my ex and even tho it was hard i got through it and so do u.

My cat eats his crisps but he doesn't eat any of the other cat food...like the meat.

ok so i am fairly hairy and i have a lot of pubic hair which i shave and have no problem with. the only problem that makes me uncomfortable is that i have quite a bit of butt hair. i was wondering if i should use the Nair for bikinis to get rid of it. i also would feel wierd going to the pharmacy buying Nair for bikinis. i am 15 so i cant order it so please give me advice thank you (link)

ya just get nair you dont have to get the bikini one you can just get the regular arm and leg one there isnt a difference its just that you use the bikini one in a different place nothing else is different about it.

Growing up I had always thought the slogan for the Sara Lee brand was: "Nobody does it like Sara Lee."
Recently, while my boyfriend and I were out and about, we saw a Sara Lee truck go by. The red writing on the side of the white truck actually read: "Nobody doesn't like Sara Lee."
My boyfriend was just as shocked as I was to read it and we have seen a truck or two since then to confirm it wasn't just a hoax or someone messing with our minds.
Anyway, did the slogan ever change?
Was it always "Nobody doesn't like Sara Lee" and we both misheard it as youngsters?

i usually wear flats.. because if i wear heels they make me like super duper tall!
but it makes me way mad cuz a lot of heels are way cute but they are the way tall ones.

i have a friend in another town, and i really cherished her as a friend because she didn't know anyone from my school and i could always say whatever i wanted and not have to worry about her biased opinion.
however, for the last few months, one of my good guyfriends (who used to have a crush on me) got really close with her and would often ask her for advice regarding his situation with me. even after he stopped liking me, he continued talking to her very, very frequently.
i am not jealous that he talks to her so much, but it really bothers me how close they are. my guyfriend often says things like, "oh yeah ______ is doing this" and i'll think, i don't remember her telling me that. why is she not telling ME?!
i have tried talking to my female friend about it, and she admitted that she felt awkward about the whole situation (there was a time period that he got a girlfriend and i stopped talking to him cause i thought he didn't want to be my friend anymore, and even through that, my friend and my guyfriend continued to stay close), but she won't stop being so close.
i hate controlling her friends; that is not my intention. i just wish she wasn't so close with him because it's very awkward for me, especially, since i really cherished her as a friend BECAUSE of the fact that she was not friends with him.
i don't want to be a bitch about it. and how am i supposed to go about solving this situation? it would come off as, "stop talking to him." i know that is, initially, what i want, but i don't want to do that to her because she does like him as a friend.
do you think i should try talking to her again or just try to forget about the whole situation? do you understand my dilemma? any suggestions?
i really really really like both as friends, just. not together. i know that some people might say "well it's better than having them both hate each other!" but i'd actually prefer that. (link)

my boyfriend and i talk on the phone A LOT. mostly because he wants to. i have never been the one to talk on the phone a whole lot. but there will be awkward silences and stuff. and he always is the one to think of stuff to talk about. can somebody give me ideas of what to talk about BESIDES: what we want to do next time we see eachother, what we want in life, our past, and what we did that day! i mean. theres not much else to talk about. and sometimes he will be like "baby i'm horny" and it gets all awkward and i don't know what to say to that to make it now awkward! and i can't stop him from saying that because according to him he should "be able to tell his girlfriend his mental and physical needs without it being awkward". so i asked him what does he want me to say to that kind of stuff and he doesn't give me a straight answer.

Well, my best friend is a guy. We have been best friends for 3 years. I went to his school, but then I moved the middle of last year. But we still talked everyday. But then like one day he just stopped texting or calling or IMing and what not. He will not respond to my texts or calls, and I have no idea why, because I didn't do anything. I know he has feelings for me, because he talks about me all the time to his friends and says he likes me and he asked me out like 5 months ago but i said no because i was dating someone else even though I loved my best friend. I love him, like not little kid love either, I see myself marrying him and everything. But ya know, you can't be in love with someone that doesn't talk to you. Just leave him a msg saying you need to talk about your relationship and how you feel about him. If you want to get over him you need to get into a differnt realtionship meet someone new and get over the old guy and move on with your life and think about the future not the past.

17/f. My best friends know a guy (James) who is really cool, a nice guy, and a lot like me. They keep telling me that we will probably end up getting married or something (despite the fact that I have NEVER met him in my entire life... haha). Apparently the other day, James mentioned to one of my guy friends that he hadn't dated anyone in a while... and my friend flat out suggested me. Because of that, my friends arranged a get-together for like six of us on Friday- making dinner at someone's house. The sole purpose of this dinner is for James and I to meet and hit it off... seriously, that is the only reason this is taking place. My friends don't really beat around the bush much... James definitely knows that we are basically being set up (because we're both single and our mutual friends want to see us date each other). I'm definitely not opposed to a date or two in the future, but right now I just want to get to know James. I'm hoping that it will be a funny situation, but I'm worried that it will be really awkward. Like, "Hi, how are you? So, we're being set up." I really would like to become friends with James, and I want it to be fun... how do I break the ice? If you were in this situation, what would you do? Any help is appreciated! (link)
