if you scratch a certain area, is it true that it stretches our your skin & gives you stretch marks? my mom claims that it does. also, is there a way to avoid them? i'm like TERRIFIED to get them on my arms and the backs of my legs. thank you

No it`s not true. The only way you can get stretch marks is by your bones growning faster then your skin and then gaining to much weight in an area. Alot of people have them whether they`re overweight or not. Avoid them by working out in those specific areas and not eating bad foods. If you ever get them, you can use cocoa butter which minimizes them and fades them. :) ♥

Shaving is what you want to do and feel comfortable with. I think shaving makes it cleaner. As for it being wet or dry, it should get wet after awhile? Just make sure he washes his hands before and after. And his nails are short and clean. Good luck. ♥

I see a lot of questions on this site about SEX. I think the weirdest part for me is that the age of the girls asking is like 12 and 13! Im 15 and I havent thought about sex yet..Im just not ready. I think Im MORE mature for it. I dont do it because I dont want to become pregnant. But Im also scared of it, am I immature or more mature than these 12 year olds having sex? Someone just explain to me how they can have sex without any second thoughts. When I was 12 I was like playing with barbies...Im really confused.

I agree. I believe that society has changed alot. Not just the fact twelve year olds are having sex but they are also influenced into horrible things like drugs, drinking, bulemia, annorexia, wearing designer clothes, getting cellphones, & expensive electronics just to be "cool". I think I have insomnia, I swear. I get really tired at night, but I cant fall asleep until 3 AM and I go to bed at like 10! Someone help..I dont know what to do. My mom doesnt really believe me.

It used to happen to me all the time. Then I put myself on a strict schedule. I changed around things too at night like turning off any lights in the room, keeping music on/off, not drinking any caffine before i went to bed, not going on the computer a half hour prior to going to bed, and stop taking naps after school. Alot of the time it depend on if i had alot on my mind. So what I suggest is lay down at 8pm, don`t drink any caffine, try writing in a journal/diary to put whats on your mind there so you're not thinking about it. Don`t go on the computer or stay in a room with a tv or anything that will distract you. You can try changing other things. If you don`t see a difference within a week or so then go to the doctors and talk about getting sleeping pills to help. :) Hope this helps. ♥

Hi i'm a female in high school and I got a lil wetting problem. I think that he wasn`t a very good boyfriend, if he didn`t believe you didn`t like Jake. If he`s doesn`t talk to you, then he may not be interested in you anymore you shouldn`t try right away cause it will hurt you more and leave you confused and emarressed in the turn down. Give him time and if you feel you need to try to talk to him then do. Try to about what happend in the past. And tell him how you truely feel about the situation. Hope this helps. ♥
