I know this probably sounds really cliched, but just tell him you aren't ready. If he gets mad, he's probably an asshole. You need to be with a guy who respects your wishes. I suppose that in a way, this situation will really test your relationship with him; you'll be able to see his true colors.
It's your body, and you get to choose what to do with it. You have no obligation to sleep with him...I think you'd regret it if you did.

Hiii. I'm an Athiest, and I do go out trick-or-treating.
I have a lot of Christian friends, and almost all of them are fine with Halloween. I go to an Episcopalian school, in fact, and we do a Halloween celebration every year. However, I have met a lot of Christians who DO have problems with the holiday; I think it really depends on the way you practice Christianity. Within every religion, different followers see it different ways. If you say you don't think it's bad, I think it's okay for you to go trick-or-treating, as it's not like you're hurting anyone--provided it's okay with your parents.

Yeah, I agree with the person below me that a string bikini likely wouldn't be good with your body. You should also probably avoid bandeau tops; they don't usually give you a lot of support.

I have an account on fanfiction.net and I just posted the first chapter but now I can't figure out how to update. Can someone please help me.
Hi there! I love fanfiction.net, but it can be a little confusing. I'll try to be as thorough as possible; let me walk you through it:
1. Log in, and select "Documents."
2. Upload your story; it should be an completely different file from your earlier chapters.
3. Next, select "Stories" on the sidebar (it's right under "Documents"); pick "List Stories" at the top.
4. Find the story you want to add a chapter to, and click "Edit."
5. Now go to "Content/Chapter" near the top of the page.
6. You should see a thingie called "Add Chapters" around the middle of the page. Type in the name of your chapter (it can just be "Chapter 2" if you want), and select the document you're using from the drop-down menu.
7. Click "Add", and it should work!

Latley I haven't been eating as much as I should, actually I haven't been eating anything, except bread.
But I'm NOT hungry. Like, not at all. It's weird, because I'll go to get something to eat and feel completley full.
And I think my parents think somethings wrong with me, because we went out to eat and I was like 'wow i'm so full' after I ate my dinner, they were like 'finally, your eating'
And they keep on asking me to eat and such.

First of all, you aren't underweight. I calculated your BMI online (this is how much you weigh compared to your height), and you are right in the middle of the healthy range. I'm definitely not a doctor, but I do know it's pretty normal for teenagers to have very different metabolisms, and it's normal for you to not be very hungry. If you start getting headaches, or feeling tired or faint, then you probably aren't getting enough to eat.
Just try to make sure you're eating some, and getting protein, carbs, vitamins, calcium, et cetera, and I think you're good. But if this is really worrying you, go to a doctor.

my friend lets say JENNY is turning 16.
now, her parents left her best friend CINDI in charge of inviting ten people. So CINDI wanted my help trying to decide who to invite.
the thing is we want 5 boys and 5 girls. but we don't know whos shes friends with besides us! and we can't study her and watch her interactions because we don't really see her all the time.

Hey everyone! My history teacher has put together a trip for some students to go to Italy over spring break. We are traveling with an organization called EF Tours, and they have our schedule planned out for our stay in Italy. It's a nine day trip and consists of both Italy and Greece and there will be a tour guide with us the entire time. I can't remember every place we are visiting in Italy but I know Rome is definitely one and Pompeii may be as well. I've read a few posts on msn forum and I'm really worried about pickpockets and the gypsy kids. I'm only 16 years old so I'm a kid myself, but I'm not sure what to say/do if someone were to approach me, especially a young kid. I guess overall I'm just worried about the trip period.
I've never traveled outside of the United States and I don't know what to expect. Another concern I have is my camera. Obviously I want to take pictures of the experience but I don't know what I would do should my camera be stolen. It's a top of the line camera and I don't want to leave it home because that would just be a waste. The whole reason I bought it was for Italy. I don't think I would have bought such a fancy camera had I known about pickpocketers.
Can anyone who has been to Italy before or atleast been out of the country and dealt with these problems give me tips on how to avoid getting my things stolen and how to avoid looking like a tourist and what to expect. If no one can, could someone point me in the direction of a website that can or a forum or something! Please! Thanks in advance!
Hi there. First of all, I would like to thank you profusely for your correct grammar/capitilization/punctuation. It's so hard to come by on this site, I swear. On to the advice:
Take this from someone who has been to Europe many times, including Rome:
The pickpockets aren't as bad as they're made out to be. You definitely want to be more careful than you'd be in most American neighborhoods, but don't spend your entire trip worrying about it. Now, I don't know about gypsy kids, but I've been to a lot of countries and haven't experienced anything like that, nor has anyone I've talked to, so perhaps it's not such a big problem.
To protect your camera, just try to keep it with you as much as possible, especially in crowded areas (then you should try and keep one eye on it every second). When you're site-seeing, if you have to put it in your backpack, don't put it in the front pocket; try to make it as hard to access for theives as possible. It's best to get a case with a wrist or neck strap, though. This is not to say if you don't take these precautions, your camera will get stolen; it probably won't anyway. But this can help you worry less. If you're still tripped up about it, you can get disposable cameras at drug stores for pretty cheap...
But all in all, you should try not to worry too much. I am a major worrier myself, and it can really put a damper on a trip, trust me. Just relax and have fun.

So there is this guy named Randell and he is REALLY into me. HE calls me atleast 5 times a day just to let me know I'm the only one he's thinking about. He leaves really sweet messages on my phone about how he likes me. But the thing is I don't like him like that AT ALL. And I feel really bad because I even lied and told him I had a bf (I know i was wrong) So I don't know what to do or what to tell him. Tommorrow night I'm going to a very big party and he's going to be there. So I will have a chance to talk to him in person about "the situation."
You really have to let him know as soon as possible that you aren't romantically interested in him. Telling him that kind of thing at a party is kind of a bummer...are you going to see him tomorrow before the party? That might be less painful for him. Just let him know that it's sweet that he likes you, but you don't like him in that way. It's going to be awkward for both of you, but it's really for the best.

I have crash on this guy for a while. I asked him out the first time, he said yes, but cancelled on me on the day we suppose to go out. And second time, he asked me out, but cancelled out again. Now he appolized and said let's go out next week. Am I going to say yes?
I don't want to show how easy I am that he can just cancel on me all the time without considering my feeling, but in the same time, I do want to go out with him.... What should I do?
He's sounds pretty flaky, but it doesn't seem like he would ask you out again if he didn't like you. You shouldn't rule him out as a boyfriend before you hear his side of the story; just casually ask him why he cancelled. He may have a good reason.

Like the person said before me, exercise really does give you more energy.
Hot cocoa also has some caffeine in it from the chocolate, and the heat really wakes me up :) Food with protein and carbohydrates in them also give you energy, but it takes a while to kick in.
But the best thing to do is get a good night of sleep (at least eight hours).

yeah im a very a.d.d. type of person, im loud, im outgoing and so many random things come to my head that i cant keep track of anything. but i have alot of close friends and they some how love me even though im just about the most hyper person in the world. well most of the time when i like someone i have to control myself and not show how energetic i am or else they would be scared off. like i usually have to try so hard to stay calm and not be quite so obnoxious. but ive finally met this guy that i can be my complete self around and he still feels the same way about me that i feel about him. he is one of the greatest people ive ever met. hes cute and funny, and nice, and gets me. soo the only problem is, is that my good friend that knew him before i did likes him too. actually she is like in love with him. and he told me that he likes me and hes told her he doesnt have feelings for her but for some reason she keeps holdng on. andd i dont know what to do cause i dont wanna loose a good friend. but no guy has ever understood me this well. advice would be greatly appreciated.
These kinds of situations are hard because there's no way to deal with them and make everyone happy.
The best thing you can do is sit down and talk to your friend about it. Explain how much you like this guy, and how he makes you feel special. Tell her you that she likes him a lot too, and that you value her feelings, et cetera, et cetera. Ask her how hurt she would be if you dated him, and if there's anything you could do to make her feel better. If she says it's okay for you and the guy to go out, then...yay. But if she tells you it would be too hard for her, then I think you should sacrifice the boy for your friendship. Call him and tell him that you like him, but that you can't go out with him because of your friend.
You can also just go out with him anyway, and maybe your friend will get over it. It depends how much you care about this guy.

Hi. Here's a long answer for a long question:
I know this is going to be really, really hard to do, but this is go to be so much less painful for you in the end. You need to stop flirting with this guy.
From what you've told me, he's either an asshole or just clueless. I understand that it's probably really difficult for you to see that right now, (crushes really cloud your judgement...trust me, I know), but you are BETTER OFF WITHOUT HIM. If he flirts with you while he's taken, what makes you think if he was dating you, it'd be different?
Whenever he tries to flirt with you, concentrate on how badly he's treating you. If you let yourself respond to him, you're just encouraging him and fueling your crush. But if you ignore the flirting, and just treat him like any other guy, it'll be easier to get over him. I would strongly recommend talking to him about it (something along the lines of "Dude. You have a girlfriend. Stop flirting with me, jackass"), and I think it would really help your situation, but I also get how awkward it would be. It's your choice.

Why? Why do people get so caught up in wanting a crush that they talk themselves into having a crush on someone they never would normally like? That's what happens to me all the time. I hate it so much! What am I supposed to do to stop telling everyone I like someone I am fully aware I don't like in that kind of a way?

Eh. I know exactly what you mean.
Unfortunately, it's pure hormones. I'm not an expert in this kind of science (okay, I'm not an expert in any kind of science), but I do know you can't always control the stupid chemicals swirling around your brain. It happens to all teenagers, and a lot of adults, so it's pretty inevitable that we're all going to have to deal with it sometime.
If the person you like is a pretty decent human being, then I suggest just enjoying your crush, even if it is stupid (that is, as long as you don't get all caught up in the drama of it). If your crush is a jackass (that's always a *fun* experience, of course), then try to remain unbiased towards his character by reminding yourself of whatever asshole-y things he's done. (I apologize if that came out like jibberish. I'm a little tired).

There's an old saying about writing: Write what you know. Think about your life, and any unique experiences you've had (preferably ones you've had to struggle through; as the person before me said, stories are all about conflict). Your story doesn't have to be autobiographical in the least, but the way a lot of authors get their ideas is through looking at their own lives, and the lives of those around them.
Whatever you do, don't rush into writing something you aren't excited about (that is, unless it's for school and you have a due date). Wait until the ideas hit you. For me, it helps to have the story all planned out in my head before I start writing. Also, sometimes if you think up a character, the plot will follow (although often, it works the other way around.)
