you don't need to go on a diet but to work up upper thigh do use ab work outs. that should help

I've liked this guy 4 a long time, but hes a year older than me. Since he's gonna go to a new school next year, I wanted to tell him how i feel. The problem is, i dont know how. i cant do it in his yearbook, cuz sum1 might read what i wrote. i think i should do it by e-mail, but i thought that was a turn-off for guys, but i dont know. My friend lies a lot! I can't stand it! And it's not the little stuff either! She would tell you she's dieing and then let you believe that for like 5 months! And then she'd lie to cover it up. It drives all of her friends crazy! And when I talk to her about it, she just yells at me! How could I talk to her without her yelling at me? (link)

I was wondering, is it bad to eat cough drops even when you don't have a cough? In what ways?
Because I have a cough now, but when it's done and I don't actually need to use the cough drops, I still like to eat them. So my main question is, Could this hurt me and if so how? (link)

just eating cough drops migth not be a great idea. there is a drug in cough syurup that causes people to gget hi. getting a cough after cough drops dosen't mean anything. you might get some head aches after words but halls isn't the best.

I'm 16 F and I've never had a boyfriend. I know some of you might say, "Don't worry! When the time comes, it comes.." The problem is that I hang out with a bunch of preps..and all my friends have already had boyfriends..:-( I'm the only one out of that group that's never had a close relationship with guys! It's kinda sad..if you ask me! ask soem of your friends to give you a make over if your that worried about your looks that much. starting conversations is just beign friendly . if your friendly you can stirke a conversation in 3 flat seconds.

if u ask "do you like me " they might run away.(nto meaning anything other then their afraid ) they talk to you every day. you hang out with them after school. you aren't afraid to tell them your feelings (the same for them ) your really close and hopefully he dosen't have a girlfriend

ok so theres this guy i like on my brothers baseball team lets call him P. well P's really sweet and everything and a really great baseball player too. The thing is.. their last game is next wed. and i just wanna know if he likes me too.. but i dont want to just flat out say, hey do you like me? because i think that would be kinda... fast. and i dont want to scar him off... but this might be the last time i EVER see him again. So whats your advice for me to do?

im so mad that school yr is over and ima miss all my friends especially this one boy i liked all yr. i didnt get his number i think i got a way to find it out. but im so scared though. i really love this guy and ima be thinking about him this whole summer and i think it might be love. i dont want to use the "l" word but i cant help it. i mean i see things in him that i dont see in most guys. even though he does act like guys act--you know how they are--but i really feel connected to this guy. what should i do? just stare at his picture for the rest of the summer or do something about. becuz im not the bravest person in the world, and i am so scared. can somebody help me becuz my friends don't understand and nobody does. but i dont know if he feels the same way. i guess you can tell by the look in his eyes, but all i see in him is something different. he probably wont break my heart. but im not sure. i cant look into his eyes because i wont see him and its just so crazy. can somebody just help me. Yesterday my boyfriend of six months broke up with me. We broke up because he has to work this summer and he says itll be really hard for him to just see me for one day a week instead of the six that were used to. I was so sad after hearin this, I cried almost all night cause i really miss him. Now last night he started to second guess himself, and he tells me how he made a huge mistake and he didnt think it thru. Well he wants me back for the summer. 1st off he sounds like a great guy. but when you liked him back it sounded like he thought you were going out. it dosen't matter the height either. my old boyfriend was up to my shoulders and i am 5' 1". you don't need to say sorry for one promise. if he explodes like this i would forget about him.
