13/f. for the past 2 years i have been playing softball. this year 4 of my friends are doing it also, and i get left out sometimes. now since they are doing it, i don't know if i want to do softball. plus, one of them is taking my spot(pitcher). i was thinking about trying track because i am a decent runner, but i dont know anyone whose doing it.
soo, should i still do softball and probably get left out? or try track?
please help soon, tryouts are this week

Try track. If you don't like it, you can always go back to softball next year.
By doing track you can still maintain your friendships without necessarily feeling left out by your friends.

Some good facial scrubs can be made with cornmeal and warm water, or baking soda and warm water.
Toothpaste will dry up zits, but too much will dry your skin all out.
There are more recipies; a good book to look at for them would be The Body Book, it's a Klutz book and it's by Ann Akers Johnson.

After reading this you'll be thinking 'Lame teenage problem' but this is a big deal to me. As of last week I was known as the nice girl you can trust and will never bitch about you behind your back. But now that's down the drain. I'm now known as a bitch who says heaps of crap behind people's backs. What happened was that one of my 'friends' and I drifted away (No fights, nothing) and I haven't been to school in about a week due to being sick so now was the best time to tell everyone I have been bitching behind their backs to her (Even though I haven't) so now everyone is angry with me and I'm not even there to defend myself. I have no idea what bought this on. I was still friends with her, just not as close and if anyone should be angry it's me because she's been ditching me for her new friends (Her new friends have nothing to do with this don't worry) (link)

What your 'friend' did was wrong, but there really isn't anything you can do about it. You don't need to apologize to anyone if you didn't do anything. Just let it blow over or let your friends realize that it's stupid to be angry at you because you didn't do anything. Just give it time; things like this usually just blow over in the end.

Well, making out is basically kissing for a long period of time. Just kiss him slowly, put your fingers on his neck or in his hair and just go with the flow. You can make out with tongue, or without, it's your decision. Either way, it's fun. :] You could start it or he could, just when you feel ready. It really isn't that hard. Good luck!

I'm not an idiot. I know that if you dress cute and preppy, you'll attract someone that dresses cute and preppy. Well I'm basically a metalhead. I still look like a girl. But I don't dress like heavy goth. I usually wear slightly fitting jeans and usually a black band t-shirt. I don't paint my nails black all of the time, and nothing I wear has spikes. So why is it that all the guys I attract are nearly 10 years older than me, or heavy goths? I don't even really wear alot of make up. Its not like I don't look like a girl, I still wear jewelry and all that jazz. But people say I need to dress more feminine, like a skirt or something. I just want to be comfortable. So why are all the guys that like me weird, or on probation (long story)? (link)

You should dress the way you want, don't listen to what people say. As for the guys, if you don't like them, that's okay, and for the ones that you do like, get to know them. If they know who you are, they shouldn't care how you dress. I guess the wierd guys like you because they get the wrong idea from your look. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

i wrote the question about jealousy .. he does the same stuff to me checks my myspae reads even my unread messages checks my phone .. i dont have anything to hide so it doesnt bother me .. thats why i dont understand why he wont let me see his stuff .. it shouldnt matter .. it seems like he doesnt want me to see for reasons and sometimes i do see and there are reasons like LONG messages to girls who then end up with there numbers in his phone .. please help (link)

I don't really know; I guess he just likes his privacy. I would just trust him that he is being loyal, and If he does anything to betray that trust, then to confront him about it. If it bothers you enough now, then go to him about it. REALLY get through to him. If things seem better, then good. If not, then you might want to rethink your relationship with this guy. Good Luck!

Alright so here's the deal. My girlfriend and I have been going over 4 months now and we want to try something new. You might bleed if your hymen breaks. If it is already broken [due to something like a fall] then you probably won't bleed. Tell him to be careful, and tell him you might bleed. Just let him know, he shouldn't be disgusted.

Okay so my boyfriend and I have been going out for a long time now and out of nowhere he starting bringing up the fact that we havn't had sex. I mean, it's not like i havn't thought about it because a 15 year old girl with a boyfriend two years older than her is obviously going to think about the possibilities, but I never actually brought it up or anything. Hey i am turning 16 at the end of march. Im a girl :)..but I am having a little party with just some of my friends. They are coming to my house and then we are getting in a limo for an hour ride or so. We are getting all dressed up (party dresses) So i thought that maybe we could go somewhere..? But i dont know where. We are coming back to my house..because my mom is making a Sweet/Dessert table and then we will open presents and stuff.. My hair is naturally curly and frizzy. I blow dry and straighten it all the time. I was wondering if there was anyway to achieve nice, soft curls without the pain of a curling iron, or any heating product whatsoever? I don't want to damge my hair anymore if I don't have to. I have tried using a diffuser on my hair, but it turns out even MORE frizzy than before! Any suggestions? (link)

I would use a serum, that tames the frizz and then let your hair air dry or scrunch it with gel. That would make your curls less frizzy.
