extra fat I have extra fat on my inner thighs and arms...and belly. I would like to know if anyone has any good tips on getting rid of that extra fat.

drink apricot juice, or pear nectar to speed up your ,metabolsim, you could go jogging around your block everyday, thats what i do, you could do crunches, push-ups and squats or go to a local gym and join a kickboxing class or something like that. good luck. ]
for your legs and arms maybe go to a gym and use tredmill and for arms and stomache a ab-cruncher
