ok well i have acne. lots of it, i mean its like almost every wear on my body my back my face my chest even my butt. how do i get rid of it?

You can go to your doctor and tell him about your acne problem. He will prescribe you some acne cream or something. That should help if not go back to him and he can give you other stuff. Thats what i did and my face cleared up!

I just got braces three days ago [I had them before when I was in second grade] However, I'm in intense pain! I can't eat anything, even soft foods like soft taco's hurt like crazy, and pasta! I'm on Tylenol, I ice my mouth several times a day, I use the bite plate they gave me, and I put on Orajel. But it still hurts so bad, What should I do? (link)

I just got braces 2 months ago. And i was in the exact same position you were in. It took me almost a week before i could eat things again like pasta, and tacos. But the pain will eventually go away! Trust me. Like the columnists before me had said try not to think about it and eat soft things like putting, and jello. Thats all i could eat for about a week. But after that you should be back to normal! Until you get the tightened which sucks! Hope i helped.

Dont listen to what your boyfriend says! You need to tell someone and get away from him! If hes threatning you like this.. i dont think you should have him as a boyfriend! If you dont tell anybody things could get a lot worse! He could end up beating you! You definetly need to tell someone hunny! Good luck!

You more than likely have a UTI which is a urinary track infection. Its perfectly normal most woman get them. Just tell your mom and have her take you to the doctors. The doctor will give you medicine and in like a day or two you will be feeling alot better! TRUST ME!

Well me and my girlfriend have been going out two months on the 23 of this month and i'm trying to think of some good gifts that won't cost a fortune(i'm 13 she's 13, low budget)
I was thinkin of gettin her rose's but i'm not quite sure if i should get her anything else.

Hey i think roses are a really great idea. Its only been 2 months. Now once a year comes along get her something more. Girls love jewelry, On my 2 month anniversary my ex boyfriend when we were together got me a really cute necklace. nothing too expensive but try a necklace, earrings, bracelet. And the rose would be a good idea 2. Good luck!

(13/f) since last summer ive had stretch marks on the inside of my thighs and recently i have discovered them on my lower hip. i have been using this palmer's cocoa butter formula stuff but it hasnt seemed to work. i got them from doing alot of dancing becaus i gained alot of muscle fast. is there anything i can do to get rid of them? Hey im 14/f and i have the same exact problem! I just gained muscle was too fast! Its perfectly normal.. i tried using that cocoa butter formula stuff to and it didn't do anything. I was told to try and tan that might make them fade... also most people dont notice them usually only you do. But try tanning that might help.

I have horrible cramps. They are so bad I can't stand up straight and I'm almost in tears. How can I lessen the pain? I tried ibuprofen but it's not helping and a heating pad doesn't work either. (link)

My friend is going to kill herself next Friday.
She seems happy about it.
I've tried to change her mind, but that didn't work.
She doesn't eat, she's an insomniac, and she is very stressed.
She's been to shrinks but she says that they were a waste of her time.
She hates her parents because she can never talk to them, I guess.

First tell someone ( a trusted adult) If you can dont leave her side or make sure that you know what shes doing at all times. I had a friend who was thinking about killing himself and i was just there for him, a shoulder to cry on etc. but he seemed happy cuz he thought all his pain would be over etc. maybe thats your friends case. Yes deff. tell your parents! I hope everything works out fine and your friends okay!

hey im 15/f i wanted the same thing. So I ran everyday and did sit ups everyday. Also push ups they will help your abs cuz you have to stay tight when you do them and they also work your arms so its like 2 in one. Hope i helped!

Yes it is possible but its normal for girls to bleed when their doing something sexual and they aren't on their periods. Some girls are different. Some girls are used to getting fingered harder so they may not notice it.

I have had that happen before its most than likely a urinary track infection. Go to the doctors he'll have you pee in a cup. Then give you meds and it should go away in about 3 days! Good luck

hey. All of the high school relationships that i have seen. Fell apart sooner or later. It doesn't matter if you've been going out for 1 month, or a year sooner or later most high school relationships end. If your lucky, some high school sweet hearts do stay together. But its not typical..

You can take Tylenhol Sinus. That works very well. Sorry i cant spell that. lol Also Nyquil will work. Both daytime and night time. Hope i helped =)

Hey i personally wouldn't get him anything. Its not really a big deal. If you want you can get him something but usually couples get each other things on holidays or birthdays, 1 year anniversary's etc. But if you want to get him something dont get him something big.

Hey i just transfered from middle school to highschool a year ago. So im a freshman. Somethings change, but its not as bad as everyone says it is. You dont loose alot of friends, it also depends on who you are. I hang out with a different group of friends now then what i did in middle school. It all depends on the teachers if you get alot of homework. I think that the homework stays the same. Dont be that nervous its actually not as bad as everyone says it is. Hey! I am 14 and my sister is 11. So i have this problem with the relation ship with my dad he seems to play favorites with me and my sister, who is younger than i am. i think that the reason for this is because she is more of a "kiss up" and i just tend to be more stubborn(like he is). For example, i did 7 hrs of work at $5 and hr. and my sister did 2 hrs at $5 at hr. and she earned more than me. Any ideas of how to get my father to treat us like eqauls.

Hey im also 14 and my sister is also 11. But shes a trouble maker and she seems to get most of our dads attention. Try to explain how you feel to your dad. I think dads always sorta favor the younger ones, thinking that their still the "babies" in the family. Just try talking to your dad and telling him how you feel. Sometimes that is just the best way.

Hey im not in spanish but im in french. And i know exactly how you feel. Ive actually found a really good website if your doing homework or something it might be cheating but its a really good "helping" tool. Its www.worldlingo.com on the right click on free online translator.. and you can translate spanish to english or english to spanish, basically any language you wish! But thats what i do.. or ask your teacher for help. Hope i helped!

When im mad or angry, i go to my room and listen to music. Another thing that works extrememly well for me and my other friends are to write what your feeling down. I know it may sound like old fashion, but it really works! "catharsis" its the best way to get your feelings out. On paper! Trust me it will work you will feel alot better! But make sure that you write your exact feelings down as if nobody was going to read it. And if you want nobody has to read it. Hope i helped!

Ok so my bestfriend is going through depression and I feel so bad cause honeslty Ive realized that he doesnt smile that much anymore but it never hit me like that cause hes always just like im tired and stuff but anyways he told me yesterday that hes going thru it again so ive done some research on it cause i want to be able to help him get thru it. I didnt know him the first time he went thru it but I know that means since he had it once he'll be able to get thru it again. Anyways Ive gone a bunch of websites and they all basically say the same thing like it takes medication to get past it and stuff... I need to know Is There Anything I can Do To help Him? I cant find anything on how others should act around someone with it. Please If u have any ideas help. Ive googled it already and found some stuff but i need to know more... (link)

Ok i was going through almost the same thing that your friend is going through. Just tell him that your there for him if he needs to talk. Try to get it out of him. Dont like pressure him in to telling you but just let him know that your there for him. If you dont know why he is this way, it could be a family problem. Usually thats what it is. You dont need medication for all types of depression he could just be going through major depression which means depression for a few weeks. But i hope he will get over this soon. It took me a couple months before i came out of my "depression" stage. Another thing you might be able to do to help him is be with him more. Make sure hes in the the depression state where hes thinking about commiting suicide. Im not saying that he is, but you can look online for warning signs. But i say you can just stay with him more often and try to talk to him. If it gets really bad like, say hes like this for over i'd say 3 months.. go to a counselor or a trusted adult!
