try the police they could track someone down by computers. turning 13 is sarting your teenage years, teenages go through alot of stuff. just keep saying to your odoptive parents, that it would mean everything to you, it is your dream, use lines that would make them fall into your arms.hope i helped.

i really like my b/f. i think i love him. i know ppl say oh you dont know what love is when your 13. but i cant talk or breathe around him. and when he touches me i get chills up my spine. heres the problem. ppl r always tellin me hes cheatin and i dont know who to believe my b/f or my best frends?i mean i want to believe him but i think it mite be true because whenever we go to this dance place these same girls are all over him and he doesnt do anything he like ignores me.....i dont know what to do. i have tryed to break up with him but wen i try i cant i think im in love...plzz help

I already had the answer half way of reading this, I had fallin in love with a guy for a couple of month i wasn't even going out with him. that is love, you could be 5 and in love. ask your bf and tell him people say he has been cheating then ask him who the girls are that are all over him. u r in love but if he is cheating u need to realise he isn't the right person for you. hope i helped.

Q: i moved away 2 years ago but i go back and visit every summer and talk to my friends at least once a week so we're still really tight. one of my best friends' dad just died. He's been sick for a while but i dont know what to do. I dont want her to think im abandoning her. I want to call her and tell her that im here and stuff but im scared its too soon. what should i do to tell her im here but not upset her more. its only been about a week since he passed.

If you are a close friend then just ring her every friend wants to know how the other friend is feeling about them, tell her you are there for her whenever she needs you, she might cry but it would bring your friendship closer as you are sorta helping her. hope i helped.

all you need to do is get used to there company, then you will be able to talk to them fine with no problems. don't just go out with someone coz u feel like it, i only go out with someone if i really like the person, maybe you nshould do the same, if you get someone, thell him you don't want to rush and you aren't that type of person. hope i helped.

Q: Ok, So like 3 nites aqo i went to the bathroom & there was blood on my underwear .. so i told my mom blah blah blah and shez like its your period .. It could be your period, it doesn't happen all the time it does stop u have it every month for a week around the same date though. you may have done this at school, i don't have to go through the whole stuff,it would take me ages. hope i helped.

Q: Can someone please help me? Preferably someone who knows what they're talking about. OK, I have this rash thing on my neck and arms, and I have no idea where it comes from. I have it for a while, then it goes away, and it comes back again! It doesn't really itch that much or anything, but my arms get all red and bumpy. If you really like this, if he is your friend, just ask him if he likes you as a girlfriend. if not then don't ask him out, if he does then ask him, if he does say yes to be your boyfriend just tell your family and doon't take a no just say i really like him and things to make your family feal ok about him being with you, hope i helped.

that all i could think off the top of my head, hopefully these songs are satisfying. i not the best speller so u might have to change some things, if they aren't correct.

Q: alright, i have really long half wavy, half straight hair, and i really would like to be able to scrunch it and curl it. preferably without any heat styling, because my hair can't take very much heat even with the protectants.
one of my biggest problems is that it will fall out of the curls half way though the day, and i really don't like looking cute some of the time, and sloppy the rest.
so i was wondering if there are certain gels or whatever that would help me with that, hopefully not too expensive (like $1-$6).

To make your curls stay curly then use spray, hair spary it is ment to stiffen your hair to stay still, if that doesn't help try different spray and stuff like moose, if u have no idea what type of gel to use try different ones, if 1 isn't good enough try another. u will eventually find the perfect gel for your hair. hope i helped.
