i need advice on how to lose three pounds or more in the next 2 weeks, im 13/f, if anyone has any deit ideas or plans (advice) i would greatly appreciate any help i can get, thanks

well there was this thing on the news that said that if you drink like 24 ounces of milk a day will wok to help you lose weight. and any aerobic excersize will work too. hope i helped

I am 13 2 and I wanted to loose a few pounds and wut I did was eat 5 veggies a day and drink 18 glasses of water a day ! NO POP !!!!
It worked for me within 2 and ahalf weeks !

UMM hey there was like 2 ppl on hurr that said do it the mary-kate way or stick your finger down your throat !
Please don listen to them ! They are stupid !

im 13 2 so just eat low cal low sugar things like crackers as snacks every 2-3 hours. DONT starve yourself. first, this makes your metabolism slow down cause your body thinks your starving and it makes you sick. so just eat small snacks every 2-3 hours and if you must eat, eat a salad and dont stuff yourself. i lost 10 pounds in a month this way.

well i have a plan that i got from a magazine. it helps alot. but owrk out. swimming (like doing laps) eat healthier, don;t have thta much junk food,soda, or anything with that kind of fat. running, walking,jump rope, bike ride, their all good. even though your weight goes up higher in the scale doesn't mean you fat. it just means you have a lot of muscle and muscle ways more then fat. hope i helped

Well, I would eat healthier &&* drink about 1 or 2 cups of milk each day. Get some Shakes or soemthing &&* go running everyday or walking. That helps me lose a lot of weight since I have a good Metalbilism. Don't starve yourself. That's not good.
