I play tennis, and lately I've been trying to get down the top-spin so that I can be more effective. I've got it down really well for my backhand, but I can't seem to do it that weel for my forehand.
Does anyone have any tips or advice for how I can become better at a forehand top-spin? Thanks. (link)

ok i get personal lessons so what you have to do is cock your wrist down toward the ground (without the racket just practicing). try to twist it up as hard and fast as you can. now do it while moving your hand forwards and time it so that you brush up on the ball. hit it higher than normal and just like regular topspin, it will come down

act nice and mayb flirt depending on the guy, but dont act slutty unless you want a nasty boyfriend. just be funny, laugh at his jokes, and dont like worhsip him or nething kind of play hard to get a little bit!!!

im 13 2 so just eat low cal low sugar things like crackers as snacks every 2-3 hours. DONT starve yourself. first, this makes your metabolism slow down cause your body thinks your starving and it makes you sick. so just eat small snacks every 2-3 hours and if you must eat, eat a salad and dont stuff yourself. i lost 10 pounds in a month this way.

Ok, I apoligize in advance if this is really long.
But, i have this friend. We've been really close since elementary school. I really enjoy spending time with her. But when the topic about money comes up, it just makes me ache inside. I don't show it. Okay, so my family doesn't have the kind of money like her family does. Most of the time she just shoves it in my face, i don't really know if she does it on purpose or it just comes naturally.. but it's really starting to make me extremley upset. For example, we're supposed to hang out, and then shes going shopping. I sort of had the option to go with her, but i don't have any money to buy anything. And truth be told, i don't want to watch her shop, that makes it worse. I just want her to realize that theres more things to do than shop & spend money. She has everything i've always wanted. I don't know how to explain this to her, nor i don't even know what to say to her. Any advice on what i should say? Or what i should do?

oooooook. Hard question-easy solution. I, too have a friend like this (I'm a guy and she's well.. a girl) she used to live right next door to me. We hung out sooooo much when we were little-my best friend was a girl. Ok, now she lives in the richest neighborhood in town. We are still friends at school, but stuff like this happened all the time-she would brag about her money. So you should say no the next time and then no again up to 4 or 5 times-she should realize why you don't want to go sooner or later-probably sooner-and apologize. Then talk to her and tell her why you didnt want to go shopping. Then you will be able to talk it over and figure it out.

As meckenzie said, as were not there to witness these looks, we or I dont know how often and how he looks at you. Does he talk to you a lot? When i first start out liking a girl i dont just look at her, i would try to talk to her and make her laugh. If you have noticed that he does this to you then i would say definitely yes. But watch him, if he just likes to look at pretty girls (assuming that you are one) then he might be looking at others too.

ok here goes- you can't help who you have feelings toward. I know how you feel because while my family was on vacation with another family, my going into 10th grade sister started to have feelings for this guy that was going into 8th grade (and he liked her too). So take this from a guy, he certainly could have feeliongs for you but i dont know how hes been acting toward you lately so you have to figure out if he likes you.

ok here goes- you must decide who you like better and if you could imagine yourself without the guy you are with now and try to imagine yourself breaking up with him. If it is too hard or you can't just imagine it, then stick with the guy you got. You sed REALLY like and KINDA like so i think it is obvious but its your decision. Go with the guy you like and think about more.

ok-here goes. If you like him, then you like him!! that probly doesnt make sense but it your choice. If you know that you like or love him then that is your decision! Everyone has bad qualities about themselves so if you think hes funny and cute etc., then ask him if he likes you. If yes then wait for him to ask you out or ask him out!!! If no then try flirting with other guys to get him off of your mind.

ok here it goes-relationships are VERY and i mean VERY tough. i have a gf myself and i think about her 24-7. It even takes me an hour longer to get to sleep each night cause i cant stop thinking about her. This is what u shud do- first wait about a week then ask if he still likes u. If he says yes then ask him out if no then try to forget him. Try flirting with other guys in front of him if u have to have him. But try to forget him.
