i've decided to start scrunching my hair, but see..my hairs really really curly, so if i let it dry naturally it juss poofs & i can't seem to get the 'wet look' & i'm not totally sure what to do, so if anyone has any tips er anything to help, its an easy 5 =)

My best friend is 13 and I'm almost 14. I got my period last november and she still hasnt gotten it.
So we were talking about it one nite because i got it that nite. So she was like damn it I want mine and I was like you shouldnt. Than she was like my mom told me that when your friends get their periods your more likely to get yours around that time too. I was like really thats weird.
Now is this a true statement or a wild guess I mean because to me it sounda a little out there.

ok my mom is WICKED over protective. tonite i wanted to go to this little concert thats going on at 6:30 about 20 minutes away. I asked her if i could go with my older cousin and shes like "well you didnt even tell me what time or where.." and i told her where and shes like "NO WAY" and it seems like she's totally against the people that live there ( even though they arent bad) and plus I was meeting up with some of my friends there. yeah my moms over protective too.. Maybe if you told her who was going like a close friend, and their parents said it was okay, and someone has a cell phone with them.. just sit you mom down and ask her why she wont let you do your own thing with your friends, your old enough to be independent, but show her your responsible, like help her around the house.. hope i helped

i had the same problem, like i was nervous about how she would react, but she was your age too, just talk to her like you normally would lik when shes maiing dinner or sumthing, and be like, hey mom guess what? ____ and me kissed it was really cute.. then just carry on a conversation.. hope i helped
