all you need to do is get used to there company, then you will be able to talk to them fine with no problems. don't just go out with someone coz u feel like it, i only go out with someone if i really like the person, maybe you nshould do the same, if you get someone, thell him you don't want to rush and you aren't that type of person. hope i helped.

hEy hUn! aHh! i totally know what you mean... i mean it can be intimidating when your with people of the opposite sex! but as stupid and obvious as this sounds.... you just have to be yourself! find things that are easy for you to talk about... i recently read in a magazine that your supposed to ask a tOn of questions about them... and let them talk about themselves because everyone knows so much about themseleves and love tellling people about them and it puts them at ease! so ask tons of questions and act really intrested! and be yourself! once people find out the rEAl you... they'll LOVE ya! so just let them know the real you! as much as you don't want to sound stupid or annoying... its better then not talking at all! good luck doLL! you'll bE fIne!

I'm very familiar wit being nervous around the opposite sex. My tips are to just stand up and start talkin wit people. Find common interests with people and you can talk about that stuff with them, especially if it's current stuff, so there is a lot of room for conversation. It's good that you don't let guys use you, and you will find a guy that will be steady...it might just take time. Just watch out for the playa type guys. Hope I helped.
