I like this guy he's 19, I'm 16 but we both like each other a lot. you see when my parents got married his father had married them. And i didnt no that the pastor had a son. so since the wedding our family and theirs has been spending time together, i just got out of a bad relationship and was moving on. so when i met him after so many times we spend every night together and have grown close. Although dispite the age difference we both are falling for each other, and hes a Christian "good boy" so he'll keep me out of trouble, so i wanna be with him, but im scared about what people will say if they find out. I mean what do you think should we make "it" official or will it create problems? Thanks in advance!

FRiGGUNxAWES0ME answered Saturday September 17 2005, 10:28 pm: haha well im 13 and i like this 17 year old. Same situation, hes dads not a preacher though. We're both really strong christians. But in the bible it says honor thy father and mother and i know its frustraiting but just listen to them right now you dont got but 3 more years. Think about me i got 6 lol. But look if your parents dont mind then think about what God would want for you. Actually do that first. Would God want you with him? If you think so thats when you ask your parents about it. Dont get mad when they give you their opinion just respect them. And maybe if they see that your maturer enough then they'll reconsider. If not just be the best christian you can be and God will provide for you.

jessica0WNSyou answered Monday August 22 2005, 4:27 am: legally, you two can date. it's a three year gap. but you know what, age is just a number. if you both care about eachother then go for it. all that matters is your happiness. if he makes you happy, then be happy.

naimee answered Monday August 22 2005, 1:39 am: Hey.
Yeah it can definitely work. It doesn't matter what other people say, because their probably just going to be jealous anyways. I don't think it would cause problems at all. If you and him like each other, then that's all that matters! =) [ naimee's advice column | Ask naimee A Question ]
