square root of 12. i know the answer is "2 root 3" but i don't remember how you get that.
and when you are using the quadratic formula. the "B squared + or - the square root of B squared + 4 x A x C. all over 2a." if you don't know the quadratic formula then don't answer this. but i substituted the numbers into the formula correctly but i got a negative under the square root and i don't remeber how to simplify it now.

For the square root thing, it's because 3 x 3 is 6. multiply that by 2 and you get 12. 12 is not a square number though, which is why it's like that. Haha, sorry if my memory is bad though! But that's what I remember :]

I've heard that when you have sex for the first time that it hurts extremly bad. I know it varies from person to person. But is it possible for it not to hurt on the first time?

I think you should try masturbating first and get comfortable with yourself, and you might be able to predict how much it will hurt.. i wish i would have more friends...all the so-called popular people at my school make me feel so retarded! they talk to me and stuff but i never hangout with them- i DONT want to be like them... i mean im not a geek at all but im not someone you would call popular. im a prep. i have my few close "girl" friends. not many guy friends i dont know why? but i feel like such a loser when all these people go out and hangout every single day but the stupid thing is they have to drink or get high to have fun which is stupid to me and thats why i dont care about hanging out with them. but everyone is out partying and hanging out -even the people who dont do drugs and stuff and im just sittin at home with my mom and on the computer! i never know what to do. i dont have many friends i can call. im not able to join a club or a sport (dont ask why). i am getting a job soon and school is starting up in a couple weeks. for some reason im getting really depressed over this..ive never had a boyfriend but most people tell me im so gorgeous or hott or beautiful and sometimes i believe them but i just dont know whats wrong with me!!
any suggestions to turn my life around? and just have more fun. my brother is 19 and he even makes fun of me and says im a loser and have no friends and just sit at home and i know its true and i hate hearing about it.

ok, i'm really really bored. to the point that like i started crying. see if you can figure this one out and please give me advice on something to do. i'm sorry if it's kind of long, but i just wanted to show you the circumstances we're working with:
- i have my learners permit, but nobody ever drives with me because everyone is *too busy* yeahh right. i don't see anybody being busy but the point is that it's not an option because nobody really cares
- call up a few friends, the problem is that i don't have any friends! my only friend is on a three month trip a cozillion miles away and i can't call her because there is a really big time difference and when i'm asleep she's awake, vise versa. i talk to other people but like, nobody wants to hang out with me
- i don't have any schoolwork. i'm in summer..... and i hate schoolwork anyways haha but, i do have summer reading so reading is not an option because i have to read this REALLY boring novel that even my mom said that if she went to my school she wouldn't want to read it! so, that's pretty much out of the question too
- i'm an ony child, so if i go in the pool and stuff it's really boring. i'm just standing there in the pool looking at the sky and there's not really any young people in my family
-i'd go shopping but, we go back to problem # 1. no one comes with me, so no one is going to take me
- i'd go bike riding and stuff, but i don't know how to ride a bike/skateboard, and i don't have any skates or anything like that and even if i did, i wouldn't be able to go by myself. that's the one thing my mom won't let me do by myself. theres a lot of traffic where i live. I go to the gym, but i mean how long can you stay at the gym you know? like an hour? and then i come home and everyone is *too busy* to do anything else again

I've always hated my eyes because I thought they were too big, but when I went for modeling, the first thing they told me was that I had beautiful big eyes. Lol! I guess in a way it's unique and they like that. I think it makes me look like an anime character, hehe.

Well, when people have boyfriends they're really forgiving about some stuff. I mean, she probably loves this guy and she's not going to get him upset by repeating that he was mean to you. Just think of it as if he were single and mean to you. What would you do? You can't exactly make his gf do all the work anyway because she ISN'T his mom to be telling him about manners towards people. My Mom and my Dad havent been on talking terms since i was 5, and my mom somehow blames it on me. She acts like i have owe my entire life to her, where as she doesnt even treat me right, being only 19 now, i really dont know how to deal with her. She is unhappy because of my Father who doesnt care about her, cos she hasnt been the best wife to him, since she keeps bitching about my father to every second person she meets, she says shes unhappy cos of him and blames everyone else for all her mistakes and refuses to accept the truth. She makes the silliest things into the biggest issues ever and makes my life living hell. She blames her missery on everyone around her, and she doesnt realise that shes making herself miserable.
