I play Lacrosse and I ahve been for like 5 years. I'm pretty good, but I'm not really anything special. Well, my running isn't all that great, and I'd like to improve on my footwork (I mainly play defense, and I have to keep pace, and outrun the other girl).
Are there any drills or things to practice in order to help my cardio and muscles for running, improve my footwork and work on any other Lacrosse skills?
I know it's a general question, but I'd really like to do better. My coach isn't all that great so I feel like even if I do well at practice I'm not doing enough.
Anyone can answer, but I'd prefer if it were runners or Lacrosse players.

Hi. I'm not sure if this question should go under this topic or not. But anyways, I'm 13/f and never been kissed. (yeah, I know yall are laughing) I heard that usually on your first kiss that you end up kissing the guys nose/face/ect. anyone have any tips so that won't happen to me? I've looked forever on here and I've been Googling for an hour and a half to see if anyone has posted a similar question, and I can't find anybody in my particular situation.
I got my hair cut really short (think boy-length) and I love it to death, but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for how to make it look a little more feminine, or for how to have some fun with it. Currently, I just spike up the back a little bit with styling paste, and leave my bangs straight. (link)
