well... if you REALLY like him just randomly go up to him and ask what he's doing on v-day.
If you still don't have a date ask some of your gulz if they would like to hang out and go shopping or what ever you all like to do.
Just make sure you have fun and don't make a bg deal about not having a date on vday because there's always next year. But i wish you luck with him!

well... you can try taking homopathinc pills that dissolve under your tougne (hyland's) those help big time.
they really clear up your alergies... and bring it down a notch.

make sure you trust each other. maybe talk more about personal stuff and have them trust you more. Its basically just when the person trusts you and believes you, understands you and has alot in commen. But its also very hard to find close friends so if you have one make sure you hang on to them!

I'm trying to reduce my fat and sugar intake- can anyone suggest some low fat, low sugar foods that are good for you to eat on a regular basis? Also, my friend told me that pasta is fattening. I thought it was just complex carbohydrates- not fat or bad for you. Does anyone know how good pasta is for you?

well some ceral has low suger. Um... sandwiches are good for you. Pasta... just not the one with those nice creamy souces. tomato sauce is fine.
Any other foods? well... you could try soup or oat meal. those are also great.
