ok here is the thing. in 8th grade (2003) i became friends with this girl, but after a montb she moved back to her home state (her dad worked a lab here and instead of seeing him once every 2 weeks they just moved here. and i didnt became friends with her till november) anyways.. we talk everyday onlune and we call each other and write letters and e-mails back and forth. we are like best friends now. we decided today we would send each other presents. and i want to keep it simple enough that it wont cost much to send to her by mail, since my parents are picky over the price and such. anyways i was thinking making a poster of pictures, quotes and such, my mom said i could do it but im not sure. anyone know any good ideas i could do from the heart? any ideas for pictures and quotes and ect? thanks

Im arsty sorta, and i like making collages and stuff. You could get a posterboard and put pictures of things about your friend. like. her favorite bands, and her favorute stores and etc, then send it to her.

I had this friend who I've known since I was 7. Now it feels like she doesnt care about me AT ALL and has moved on to bigger and better things. Ok. I have a Dell Inspiron 1200. yes, It is a laptop. I use it all the time and when I use it, I use it for more then 9 hours straight. And Don't say give it a rest, because I use the laptop for my job, so it doesn't get to get turned off just when I want to.
I sit in a room tempature room. Whatever I do, The laptop gets extremly hot, and doesn't function properly. Im sure its tired but I have no choice.
When I turn it on it takes awhile for the desktop to load and to get my programs to load because the computer is hot from the beginging (sp?). I need a technique to get rid of this so my Laptop will work properly

Hi.
About a month ago I found a porn website (one of those live cam one's) on my computer's history. I looked at it and discovered my boyfriend of over a year had a registered account on it. I looked at it for a bit and became instantly upset. I confronted him about it and told him how hurt it made me feel. He explained that he was just looking and I explained that i was extreamly hurt by it. I felt betrayed.
Well, a couple of days later I had him close his account and we went out and purchused some adult movies together. Everything was going good until a few days ago I discovered more sites like that (the camera ones) on my computer's cookies. I, obviously, got really upset and felt betrayed again.
I confronted him immediately and he claims he was just trying to figure out some account information because he believes the site overcharged him. Then he sad while trying to figure this out he seen links and decided to check them out.
I think I am completely right in being hurt and feeling betrayed by the cam chat sites. At the dame time, I am feeling a little hurt even by him looking at any interent porn. Is it completely hypocritical of me to buy porn with him and then get upset about him looking at porn on the internet? Am I over-reacting about the cam chat sites?
Do most guys in relationships like looking at any kind of porn without their girlfriends knowledge?

My hamster died.:( I had him for like 2 years. Thats not the point though. I was thinking about gettting another animal but I dont know what. Cats,dogs,rabbits and any reptiles are just not going to work...should I just get another hamster but that seems like I am just replacing it. Got any suggestions?I love ferrets but I don't have the money for them.

I'm babysitting my next-foor neighbor's 3 kids. They are 10, 6, and 2. This is my first time babysitting on my own and I`m a little nervous. What should I do to keep them busy? What do I do if they begin to fight with each other, or one starts to cry? Any tips?
To keep them busy:
Get them out some toys and play with them for awhile. then if you see them walking aroud and beginning to get bored- turn on a game system or let them watch some TV
If they start to fight:
make them apologize and separate them. time outs help. write down who fought with who and what they fought about, give that to the parents whenever they return.
If they start to cry:
give them a toy they are attached to. sit them on a couch/chair/bed and give them a hug and tell them it's alright.

I recently babysat for one of my husband's coworkers for a few days. After seeing a few warning signs, I'm beginning to think that the children are not being taken care of and that she may be abusing them.
This woman brings the children out in freezing weather with no jackets. She drops them off with no supplies. The children don't appear to have been bathed. They have severe, untreated diaper rash which leads me to think they're not being changed like they should. I've also noticed bruises on one of the children. It could be from bumping something, but from the look of the bruises I suspect the child was hit. When I feed them, they act like they haven't been fed in a while.
I've tried talking to her, but she told me it was none of my business. I'm worried what might happen if I don't do something. Should I call social services and report my suspicions?

Hey guys,
I have black hair and brown eyes, and I have dark hair on my upper lip. It is really ruining my life, because I'll never be able to get a boyfriend with it there. I really need help, but I don't know what to use. I'm not going to shave it off, because then it'll just grow back in thicker and darker. I would get it waxed, but the problem is that I don't constantly go to the hair cutting place for my hair to get cut and my eyebrows waxed, so that would suck to not be able to get there when I need it waxed again. I was going to try bleaching it, but I'm not sure if I'll look stupid or not since I have black hair. What exactly do the bleaching kits do? Does it lighten the hair a lot, to where you wouldn't even be able to tell that I have hair there? Also, how often do you have to bleach it if I choose to do that? Or do I only have to do that once? I really need help. I'm sick of people making fun of me. My life sucks right now, and I was just crying tonight because of this. I really hope someone can help me. I need to do something with this hair on my upper lip or else I'll never get a boyfriend. I'm not comfortable with it there. It might run in the family. But everyone ((girls i mean)) gets hair above their lip. But since you have a darker hair color, it will be a darker color. Most blondes and few brunettes don't have trouble with it.
Goto a local drugstore or walmart or something. and get a waxing kit.
it will hurt yeah. but being beautiful is painful sometimes!
