i would just grab the person aside and say "i need to talk to you about something vry important. alone."
i was on your boat once. but i told the wrong person. and they told my parents. so be sure you know what your doing. but proceed to get help and quick! suicide isnt a pretty thing. neither is cutting. plus, its very time consuming. (covering up your cuts and making sure no one sees them. prefferably someone you dont want to see them.)
so yeah. tell this person you TRUST and then ask them to help you get help.
try an anti-depressant. those things work wonders.

Uhm, okay so there's this dude I like. We call him chikkin. Because I just love every kind of chicken there is, except burnt. But anyways, this is where the problem started. My friend had told him that I like him for reasons that I don't want to get into. So when she told him he smiled and said really. That's what she told me. She's not the type of person to lie, or she wouldn't have told me that she told him. That was last Thursday.
On Friday, he gave me a hug and said hey to me whenever I passed by. I don't get to see him much during the day because he's in 10th grade and I'm in 9th. Then when I got on the bus he completely ignored me! And to make it worse he was talking to this girl that was sitting in front of me the whole time. So, I tried to act like it wasn't affecting me. I think he did it on purpose... maybe he was trying to make me jealous or something, I don't know.
Then to make it even worse on that Sunday he changed his name to "A Woman has stolen my heart and Ma'Kayle is her name." That's not my name, I don't even think she goes to my school. So that night I decided to not like him anymore.
On Monday, I was on my way to third period, and he touched me when he walked by and I was guessing he still wanted to be friends. So, at the end of the day, I was heading to where the bus zone is (everyone gathers there at the end of the day). I saw my friend who told him talking to the dude. Then I saw them both turn and look at me. I walked over cautiously and he gave me a hug and said hey. I looked at her for an explanation and she said, "I'll leave you two alone to talk."
We didn't really have a conversation. He seemed kind of nervous. He was starting to walk away so I turned back to the girl. And she was so excited, it was funny.
On Tuesday he gave me a hug also. Today, I got on the morning bus. I was talking to one of my close guy friends and then the dude got on the bus. He saw me and him talking and he said hey to my friend and he touched my arm. He sat with the girl across from me, and another girl sat with me.
The girl that was sitting with me was trying to talk to the girl that was sitting with him. He said,"Switch seats with me." to the girl I was sitting with. She didn't want to at first and it seemed like he was pleading with her lol. However, she finally switched with him and he was sitting with me. I continued talking to my friend though. Finally some other dude asked my friend if we were flirting. That's when the dude sitting with me looked. We both shook our heads. It reminded me of that time when he ignored me on the bus. i think hes as confused as you are. maybe at first he was flirting with you, (saying hey, giving you hugs, ect.) but then when he saw that you were looking confused or not doing anything back, he decided to stop because maybe he thought you didnt like him. like, maybe he thought your friend lied to him or something. and then your friend went and talked to him and told him that you DO like him, so hes back with flirting with you.
you just need to flirt back. let him know you do like him. hes a boy. hes not smart enough to know we dont thrust out our feelings like guys do. its just their nature. our nature is to act like we dont like them when we really DO, until they come up and ask us out. then we're cool.
DO NOT KEEP DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING. flirt back. and be cool about it. be the first one to say hey to him, next time. and then eventually ask him if he likes you. and if so, mention the option of hooking up or going out sometime.

Okay,
So me and my two other friends got into a big fight. Except its them 2 against me. Let me tell you how this allllll started. Anna went over to Katies house one day after school and Anna lied to Katie and said that I said that she has had sex, and that im the one was telling everyone that she was pregnat [the pregnat thing happened earlier this year]. My ex and I have/had a long distance relationship for 3yrs.and I know in my heart that this is going absolutely nowhere. The problem is this.. could someone tell me what they did to lose weight?
I just want my stomach to be "smaller". I have a good body, I play sports, but I have the stomach that hangs over my pants when I sit. I know everyone does, but mine like, its my whole stomach, and not just like the middle. I weigh about 145 I have muscle, I just want to lose the fat I do have. If you could tell me what you did to lose weight, I would LOVE it. Oh im a girl btw.

basketball 1 1/2 hours 6 days a week.(about 3 games a week) but basketball is almost over.
eating:
normal. I drink a good amount of pop, like 3 cans a say, sometimes more. I know bad. QUESTION: If I drink lets say a can of pop a day, how much weight will I lose?
After basketball:
I mainly sit on my computer untill its time for bed.
Problems:
I dont live by any of my friends, and when I ask someone to walk/rub with me. They say yes, but when I text/call them, they don't answer, and I dont wanna go walking or anything by myself.
QUESTION:
If I walk my dog for a half hour a day, how much will that help me?(i walk up a big hill, thats a pretty good steep, but then I walk up a small hill, but its really steep)

well my dad ate nothing but salads for dinner for about a week and lost 18 pounds. idk if he only ate that for dinner or dinner and lunch, but yeah. also, there is this stuff that you can find in the cereal isle its called special K and you eat that for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. and its been proven that if you do that normal routine for a while, you'll gradually start to lose weight!
