Okay Im friends with this girl, but not that close. I found out from sombody that she cuts herself and gets abused by her dad. I dont know if i believe this but for a fact she scratches her arm and makes it bleed and seems very proud ( with her nails ). Also her dad is strict with her, with school work and all... but a lot of parents are? Is this a bad sign? Any suggestions? thanks
id ask her about it and if she admits to it the have her call some kind of hotline ot tell her guidence counslor
I dont know how to explain this but in the left top corner of my computer screen it like.. idk it fades like the color i have a blue background and it fades to a purple it just happaned today and its happaned before and went away when i restarted but not today so whats the deal? how do i fix this?

okay i have HORRIBLE mensrtual cramps and i got my period just last night and i ended up going to the emergancy room because of the pain, i threw up and everything. i got home and i felt better and i took a nap but i woke up in pain again ive already takin every medicine that i can...please help :( how do i get rid of the EXCRUSIATING cramps?!?!?

I was supposed to babysit tomorrow ,but my boyfriend's basketball game got cancelled today and resceduled for tomorrow ... at the same time that I have to babysit. The woman that I babysit for doesn't think going to his games is a good excuse to cancel ( I know this from past experiences). So I need some help thinking up a good excuse to cancel on such short notice. I know this is very wrong but I really need the advice... Fast! Thank u so much... I rate high!

Last weekend my mom walked in on me and my boyfriend. All week, she hasn't said 2 words to me... except when she yells at me or wants to give me an attitude about a chore I didnt do or forgetting to call her to tell her I was out. I've been trying to make small talk with her about stupid stuff like dinner or the weather but she just gives me short answers. hi i have a friend that is WAyy to prideful of her backround. she like, bases her life on it. il use an example, say if she were spanish, shed make a sn that would be like spanishbaby or cutie spanishgirl and she has nicknames, real nicknames that are words in spanish like guapa or buena chichi chicana etc or some crap like that, and her whole family speaks it n shes always singing songs in it, and talking it to me. shel say something and then il be like what?? and shel say it in english, like "it means im so cool in spanish". and always wearing clothes that represent it, and rarely does she have friends that dont speak it. and her whole room is decorated in it, and she wears jewelry representing it, and shes always like "you cant speak it stupid" or she always like "oh shutup you cant even speak it" if i try to say a word, and shel just go up to random people and be like haha she cant read spanish. im not saying i dont like her i maen its just getting SO annoying, i wouldnt be so annoyed if maybe i spoke it too, but im just getting terribly sick of it. shes always talking it to people behind my back..laughing at me with another person, what do you think i should do?

my mom keeps getting mad at me for wearing make up....all i wear is eyeshadow and eyeliner... once i wore mascara and she blew up... so i stop wearing mascara, and she was fine, she didnt care about me wearing make up anymore... as long as i just dont wear mascara... after a week my aunt came in and said i looked like a witch becuz of my make up... my mom got so mad that she yelled at me and threatened to kick me out of the house, and slapped me... what should i do? i need help, she can't even live up to her pride and stick up for me.... she thinks that if people think you look bad than you better do what ever you can to make them happy about your looks... i told her not to care what people think because its just plain stupid to be liked by some one that doesn't like your looks... people should care about your character and smartness but not looks... i mean i even get good grades at school and i think thats enough.
you are so right... i hate when people do that. even my little sister in 6th grade wears make-up (im assuming your older than that) just tell your mom, im a growing lady/person and a lot of people wear make-up and i dont care what others think about me because i like the way i look and myself and i dont have to change myself for anyone but myself because the most important person for my to care about is me.
OR you could try to just lighten the eyeliner (not put it on so dark) and experiment with different color eyeshadows. (sorry is things are a little confusing)

My Hermit crabs have been acting funny lately! One of them is running around with no shell and the others havent came out from under the sand for weeeks.. is this normal for them?

you should always have extra shells available for your hermit crabs, its old shell is probably too small. and its ok for a hermit crab to stay under the sand... they like to dig
i got a hair curler and ive tried to read the instructions and all, but whenever i try to curl my hair, it gets all poofy and ugly. does anyone know how to curl ur hair with a curling iron and curls ur hair perfectly? thanks!
dont brush it, put hairspray in before/after curling
