i'm a runner, but lately i have been lazey and i don't want to come home from school and run... but i love it and i am really good... now that my coach is hurt he won't be running for 3 weeks so i have to find a way to motivate myself since he is like my only running friend that calls practices and stuff. How can i motivate myself more? thanks
MiStEr.SOxx answered Tuesday February 15 2005, 8:50 pm: Be honest with urself. set rewards for every time u run. And always push a little harder each time. Sometimes we like to do things, but we dont do them because we dont want to do them. always ask me more advice at MiStEr.SOxx.
xoPandaBabyxo answered Saturday February 12 2005, 12:16 pm: I suggest that you run with someone like one of your friends especially if they run faster than you do and maybe you can get some of your friends and have like a race or something. I think that running wif a friend really helps out and stuff. I hope i helped some! ;]

angieroonie answered Wednesday February 2 2005, 4:35 pm: prove yourself. if you just aim to prove that you are good you will be fine. imagine your coach coming back and seeing that you havn't practised. your motivation should be to prove yourself to your coach.
