I have had this problem for about 4 years now. My whole body except my stomache is in good shape and I like the way it is and the size. Only problem is my stomache makes me look like im pregnant. I'm 5'3'' and weigh 130-135. I'll try to eat healthy but then at nighttime I'll get so hunfry and want food that I end up getting something to eat like an icecream or sumthing. I know its bad but I don't know how to get over the cravings. Any help on how ot get over the cravings and how to get just my tummy toned. You have what we call binges at night. You starve yourself until midnight and then binge on icecream or some other fattening snack. Try snacking on some fruit before you go to bed and maybe have a little icecream too. But not as much as you have now. If you want to get your tummy toned better,try a lot of situps or leg raises. You may have a lot of muscle weight,so I wouldn't worry about your weight hon.

This is an unusual problem. Try drinking Sprite or 7UP and that might settle your stomach. Drink plenty of water as well and really any fluids besides milk and orange juice right now. Eat crackers and basic things that don't have much to them. If you get no better in the next couple of days,see a doctor.

ok. well i live here in a town called fresno. fresno is a town of really down to earth, cool people. most people aren't really wealthy, which means theres hardly any stuck up snobby people etc.
well.. now im moving to the town next to fresno, called clovis. and clovis is a really nice town. home to people living in MILLION dollar homes. a lot of wealthy people living in that town. so.. theres definetly gonna be snobby rich b**tches there.. and i dont mix well with those kinds of people. meaning, i dont like them lol.

There's a really good chance he does. I mean that's how a lot of guys show it. Ask him if he really likes you and see what happens on that issue. But if he does and has a girlfriend that can get kinda messy. Let her down easy and don't go ou with him until a few weeks after the breakup.

Remind yourself that it's only a movie and that nobody really died/almost died/is really that cool/etc. Joaquin Phoenix will be in another movie,even though he died in Gladiator. Plus,remind yourself that when it's a scary movie,you'll never impress her if you're more afraid than her.

Amy,you're afraid that when you kiss these guys,you're gunna suck. You feel insecure for whatever reason and when you laugh at these guys,it really gives off the impression that you're laughing at he notion that you would like us.
