I am 13 years old, and my five year old brother has just started kindgergarten. I am afraid there is something terribly wrong. In just a week and a half, he's gotten a dozen reports from his teacher saying he was being bad. my brother is not a bad kid, and the allegations are (in my opinion) completely bogus. Just yesterday, my family and I recieved a call that my brother had been fighting on the playgroung. So we went over, and found out that it was just a few hits--nothing serious, but his teacher got together with the assistant principal, and they want to suspend him for "fighting" Is this teacher stepping over the line? I had bad experiences with teachers when I was at this school, and I'm afraid that because we have the same last name (and darker skin tone), he is being discriminated against.

Q: heyy okay well see i have a little problem that i really need help with and i have no idea on where else to turn.. see i am a cutter and i want to stop. i love it soooooo much but it hurts so much when i tell my friends b/c i know they are disapointed in me. see the reason i do it is b/c when i build up anger i like cant control it. sometimes i jsut get so mad at myself or something that i jst dont know whats going on and then once i realize ive done it again i start balling. i have tried practically everything there is to try to get rid of my anger but nothing works! the closest ive gotten away from cutting was either burning myself, making myself throw up or making myself pass out and those arent much better. ppl tell me that its un healthy and that part i seriously dont understand. and now ive gotten to the point where my arms are covered in cuts and burns and if my parents see me do it again i am in deep shit! half of me realy wants to stop but the other half of me really wants to keep cutting. ive already got almost 200 scars and like i made a goal by the end of the year to either stop or have 300. see for me its all or nothing which is why its so fuking hard for me.

Well, tonight he finally IMed me while he was over his friends house and being so immature, treating me like trash and trying to showoff i guess. Ugh he's being so childish!! He always does this if he's over someones house or someones over his house. Whatever, I ask him how i "screwed him over" and he just like changed to subject to something totally innapropriet for the moment. He needs to grow up and be able to talk to me.

Q: so theres this kid i used to be like best friends with. we actually started talking online, but don't worry, he goes to the same school as me. so yeah we met in like january online and after that we started talking more and we were really good friends, we would talk about any and laugh together, but it was only online. it was like an online relationship, because he's from south africa where itsz all like british accents, and his is a really heavy accent, so i was just afraid that if i talked to him in person i would be like "whut whut whut whut" and barely be able to understand him. so we would talk online all night and say "yeah ok i`m gunna talk to yu tomorra in person" but we actually never did. then i dunno, things started to change. i started to get annoyed by everything, seeing as i got my period for the first time while we were close friends. so i was like PMSing alot, and me and him started to argue alot. we would have these fights like "i hate you i hate you too" and the next day we`d be like "omg i'm sorry youre still my bestfriend." then i dunno.. i dumped his bestfriend and thats when more stuff changed. i guess he tried to defend his friend, so when they went over eachothers houses they would have burn sessions and he started sayin shxt behind my back. when i found out about it, i asked him about it and he lied! he lied to me once i knew the truth! he's a bad lier anyways, so i started asking him what he was saying about me and being a total bxtch because i was so pxssed. he finally confessed and we just kept fighting and saying what we really thought of eachother, and it was actually nice to get that off our chests. but it also hurt many feelings, his and mine. yeah i feel guilty about that but i dunno about him. after that we haven't talked much, i just found out he doesn't wanna be friends with me anymore because we argue too much. thats true, but we always end up working it out. now, he's moving back to south africa spet. 24, and i can't stand the thought of him not being here, for all that we don't really talk anymore. but i don't want him to move back without everything being unsaid. whenever i try to say anything to him he just says "k" or "sure" or "whatever" so its obvious he doesn't care and doesn't feel like listening. i don't know what i should do, i don't want him to move back and remember me as the rude girl he always fought with. i don't know if i should appologize.. if i have anything to appologize for, that is. in my opinion i don't, because hes the one who talked and started this argument in the first place. i don't know what i should do, just let wait for him to talk to me, which i'm sure won't happen. or try and talk to him again.. or what?

Q: heyy. alright so theres this kid i met last year at the beginning of school. we ended up being friends and started going out. a week later he dumped me. then he asked me out again and i said yes. then he dumped me that weekend. then he asked me out again and we went out for liek 4 months or so, and he dumped me again because i thought i liked another guy. then i went out with this other kid, and i could tell he was alittle hurt. we stayed wicked good friends, because by then we were best friends and we could talk about anything. then i dumped the other kid i was going out with because i still liked the first kid. then we went out again and he dumped me because he liked another girl. then after he dumped me i guess i started to get over him, and we sort of started drifting apart, not being so good of friends. which sucked. then i went out with this other kid, and then we stopped talking completely. i broke up with the other kid during the summer. then i started thinking about the first kid (the one i went out with like 5 times lol) and i relized that i really missed him, not just as a boyfriend but as a best friend because we could talk about anything together and i couldnt do that with anyone else. so i just miss him. i had my friend who lives down the street from him talk to him for me and he said that he didn't want to talk to me because i "screwed him over". so i guess he like hates me. but the pathetic thing is, i think i like him still :\

so i don't know if i should just accept the fact that he wants nothing to do with me or try and talk to him.. but i'm afraid that if i call him he'll say something rude and hang up. he's never online and i think its tacky to have someone else talk to him because they would never be able to get my point across. so should i just try and forget or what?

Q: Hi, I'm 12, if that helps any. Anyways.. Okay. So theres this guy that I really like, we met this summer at camp and I knew him last year too. He lives in the same state as me, but goes to a different school in a town a little ways away. My friend told me at camp that he liked me, and I believed it. I don't even know if it was true at the time or not. But it made me feel good about myself, so I went along with it. Well when camp was over, I got his screenname, and stupid me I put his first name and a heart next to it in my profile. I was talking to him online a couple of nights ago. He saw the name and heart in my profile, and he copied and pasted it and sent it to me, and after that he said "Please tell me thats not me." So I sort of hesitated, suprised at what he said because I thought he liked me, then I finally said "uhh.. okay.. its not you..?" And he just said "Okay." Not I'm not sure if my friend lied to me about him liking me, or if it was true at the time, because the first time I talked to him was a week or two after camp ended. So I'm not sure if she lied or he started not to like me once camp ended. I sort of still like him, but I won't see him for like a year. I don't know if I should just give up on him, still talk to him as a friend or whatever. So maybe I should just forget about liking him.
