I'm like 20 pounds overweight and I REALLY need to loose the 20lbs. Even my mom calls me fat! I really am going to go anorexic if I dont find an easy way to loose the weight! Please help me. I dont wanna go to desperate measures, but I just don't want my mom to call me fat, and I know I want to be the right wait. I'd be much happier!

tell her that you shouldn't be called fat and do not become an anorexic because even though you'll become "thinner" it's not going to benfit you instead it will make you weker and weaker.... if you really want to lose that wait eat a big breakfast of healthy foods because a person usually tends to snack less eat healthier foods but don't become anorexic no matter wat anyone thinks about you because it's not wat they think about you it's wat you thiink about yourself

Ok well i met this guy when i was 13 and know im 15.we met each other at a resort.we talk all the time(internet and phone)the only problem is he lives in Iowa and i live in minnesota. August of 2004 he asked me out. i said yes of course.its really hard though.we live about 7 hours away so its hard for us to see each other, plus we both cant drive yet.I dont know what to do i really like him a lot, so should i stay with him and see what happens or should i dump him and forget all about him??? i'll rate you!thanks for your help. I was supposed to babysit tomorrow ,but my boyfriend's basketball game got cancelled today and resceduled for tomorrow ... at the same time that I have to babysit. The woman that I babysit for doesn't think going to his games is a good excuse to cancel ( I know this from past experiences). ok over the summer i was raped by this kidthat i was kinda friends with but not like best friends but i didn trust him and we were at a block party and he was like "do u want to go see my new computer?" and i was like "okay?"
and so when we got there he like locked the door and pulled out a condom and pushed me down and wouldnt let me go. i said no over and over again but he wouldnt stop. then i started cutting myself and crap bc my parents like beat me and cps is even involved with my family...so i cant tell them bc they wont believe me. i still cut and i dont know how to deal with the rape bc thats all i ever think about and i dont know what i can do. (i dont know where he is now and i dont know his last name and there is no proof so i cant press charges) what else can i do to deal with this?

i'm not going to load on what you should've done right after the rape but you really should've went to the police even if they had something to do with your family you could've gone to a different precint but enough of that....you might be able to press charges on him....have you ever heard of hypnosis???....well if you could find a good hypnotist and have it recorded like on tape of what your saying you might be able to press charges....if you said "no!!"during the rape you definately can press charges but if you didn't say anything then you probably can't... you can start going to a psychologist nd get your feelings out....talk to columnists or me because i'm sure we'd be glad to help you....confide in a friend

instead of cutting talk to someone...not to sound like a shrink or anything but if you cut it's mostly because you just don't talk about anything out loud you keep things bottled up until you feel like you are going to burst and thats when you feel the need to punish yourself by cutting....if you don't want to talk to ana adult or feel like talking to a friends would be too embaressing then talk to me or one of the other columist i'm sure we'd be glad to help you

several years ago, I was best friends with this girl , we were each others confidant, and could tell anything to each other. The rest of the crowd really didn't matter if we were together. It was after a year of knowing her that I realized that I was absolutely in love with her. I didn't do anything at that point because I was in the middle of applying for school.
It's been a couple of years now, and I'm still in love with her. She went off to college in another state, and our lives have gone off in different directions. Her life has changed (she's popular, beautiful etc. which she wasn't in high school), so i don't talk to her anymore, but I still can't get her out of my mind. I haven't been able to date or even be interested in another girl- because I know that she was the one for me. We both graduate next year, and I'm wondering if I should just lay it all on the line, and offer her my heart. WHat do you think? I rate well. -LloydDobbler-
