is there a program where i can download free music that is similar to limewire?
i already have limewire and i think it is killing my computer. and its not really wanting to connect to my network anymore so i can't even download songs.

i quit using limewire because mine was doing the same thing...i went to download.com and got frostwire. It's much better.

no because an STD is a sexually transmitted disease, in very rare cases people are born with the HIV virus or the HPV virus, but that's only because one of their parents has it...however everyone is born with the herpes virus. If he gets cold sores then he has an active herpes virus and should not be giving oral sex because it can transfer to genital herpes...but the same goes for you, if you have a cold sore you can give it to him too, but if you're worried use a condom, it's the best way to prevent STDs besides abstinence.

Hey im 17/f my dad signed over his rights when i was about 2 years old. Then i had my moms husband adopt me, but its a long story. But anyways the last time i talked to my dad was when i was about 6. I want to send him a letter letting him know a little bit of stuff about me. But im not really sure exactly what to say or write. Just tell him basic things that are going on in your life...that's what he'll want to hear about, how school has been going, stuff like that. Include pictures that show what you're doing too...they provide more of a visual aid, and when you can't figure out what to say they just seem to say it for you. Just talk about how life has been and if you want to hear from him ask him to write back and talk about how he's been doing and stuff. The simple things matter most in the end.

I have moved once more. It is nothing but a pain though. I have moved quite far from my friends and I feel very lonely, and thanks to the school year ending, I have no friends here. I would walk around my neighborhood but I am afraid that I might get hurt since this is a new town and a new place. What should I do?

make the most of it...moving is a time for a brand new start! Sure school has ended, but that doesn't mean that you can't meet awesome people in your neighborhood, or at the local pool or mall or something. I promise, if you take the time to put yourself out there and meet new people you will be really set for next school year. Your town might have a local group too (like a boys and girls club or something) where you can sign up for activities and meet loads of new people, just check with your local parks department. Its summer so make the most of it by making new friends and meeting new people. Everything will fall into place.

i need help on deciding what to get my friend for graduation! i talk to him every day, but i can't decide on what to get him. he's like "hypebeast" he wears nike dunks and he wears like stussy and obey &he plays basketball &stuff, &he's going to college about an hour or two away from here. but yeah, i really need to decide what to get him, and hes graduation next tuesday! i don't wanna get something too meaningful because he dated one of my best friends and it didnt work out and i dont want it to be weird, but hes still a really good friend and i still wanna get him something so what should i get him? any ideas would be good. I just graduated and while sentimental gifts are nice i find that I really enjoy just getting some cash to help aid in tuition, books, and dorm stuff. I would suggest maybe a gift card or some money so he can get what he wants for school. I know it seems almost inconsiderate, but when it comes to graduation, it's what every grad wants and needs.

well the thing with weight is that everyone is different. Larger breasts and butts are that way because they mainly consist of fat deposits...but the truth is, if you gain weight you probably wont gain it in the right places...genetics has a lot to do with it...if smaller breasts run in your family then you will have them too...thats just the way it works...there are exercises that you can do to help firm your butt and breast muscles, but they wont actually enlarge them at all, your best bet is to either be happy with what you've got and wait it out, or use some padding.

I have the same problem...it's a spot where your dead skin cells collect. You can use some rubbing alcohol to remove some of it, but nothing will get rid of it completely. Rubbing alcohol doesn't do much for it. My doctor told me that it can be an early sign of diabetes and that diet and exercise will help reduce it, but no...lemon will not work..I heard that too, don't waste your time lol.

it's called straight sexy hair...they sell it at walgreens and walmart and probably your local supermarket... it's a little costly...11-14 dollars a bottle but it works much better...but you'll still need a flat iron, but the sunsilk straight hair shampoo is for people who already have fairly straight hair and want it smoother and straighter...that's why it isn't working...this shampoo is for people who don't have straight hair but want it...it has chemicals that work together with your flat iron to make you hair straighter.

I went to the doctors the other day, and I got told that I have a huge nasal polymer(I think it was polymer..something poly anyway :\)
It's about 90% in capacity, so I'm getting it removed in August.
I'm 15/f btw.
I know it's about a 15 minute surgery, and I'll be under general anesthetic but I'm a bit scared.
How will I feel after surgery?
How do you go on anesthetic..so on.
So if you've had the surgery, I'd like your experience!

I haven't had that specific surgery, but I've had others...several ear surgerys, my wisdom teeth out, and my gallbladder removed. You will be completely asleep and you won't feel anything at all. They usually give you a liquid to drink to relax you and then an IV that they put the anesthesia in. When you wake up you will feel a bit disoriented and you may feel some pain or discomfort in the surgery site. It may take a couple of days for recovery but everything will go back to normal quicker than you can imagine and you will feel as good as new in about a week or two. They'll give you a pain medicine...make sure you take it as directed and only as you need it. If you aren't having any pain don't take it because most of them can be habit forming. Just relax and go in with a positive attitude.

ugh im so dumb sometimes ..this kid from my class had alot of feelings for me since last year in school i never tho of giving him a chance til this year n we went out for 1 day cus i didnt like him i dont even kno why i went out with him but we never kiss or nothin it was so dumb so now he has a girlfriend n they been together for 5 months and he cheated on his girl with me he said he would leave her because she is always cheating on him so i dont even feel guilty and she always doing bad things and they break up but he always forgiving her and i guess he really likes her so now after he got me to tongue kiss him and stuff now he walks right by me in school like he dont know me and stuff i try to get his attention by talking to other boys but it dont work i dont know wat to do no more...so i did something bad im acting like i like this boy in school n we always together but i really dont like the boy in school so i feel bad for saying things to him i dont mean n he dont even pay attention to nothing...i dont know wat i did wrong..i need something to get his attention im so confused why is he not talking to me =[ (link)

bahai is totally right...but i think it goes a bit deeper than that...not only are you being used by this guy to get back at his girl, he's also using you to get back at you. He had real feelings for you and by going out with him for one day you totally toyed with his emotions and now he's messing with yours as a form of payback. Karma sucks but it's a lesson we all learn in life. He's not interested. I would move onto someone who actually likes you. It might sound harsh but it's the truth so just take it for what it is and find someone new.

I'm about the same way...the way I put it is that I'm "every guy's best friend" and I wish I was kidding. I used to have many more guy friends than girl friends, but I noticed that the friendships didn't survive through most of high school or even into the start of college unless they we're gay lol. Once I started dating this guy and we were really comfortable with each other I asked him if he would ever date a girl who was friends with mostly guys...he said no. He said the big reason was because when a girl is friends with a lot of guys many guys think it's because she's really easy and has been with all of them sexually and many guys (especially those without loads of experience) don't want to be compared in her mind.
But I will tell you now...those years that I had all of those guy friends were the best and I wouldn't give them up for anything in this world.
Chances are you won't be friends with them forever...guys don't really have that long lasting friendship that girls do...but stay friends with them while you can because a strong central support group of friends (guys, girls or both) is ten times more important that any one guy...especially during high school (which I'm assuming you'll be in in a couple of years).
Keep the friends you've got now and when a guy comes along (and he will I promise) he'll probably be much more genuine and caring because he'll like you for you and not the friends you have.

I wish i could tell you some miracle answer that will get your mom to stop...but unfortunately there isn't one. I've been trying for years to get my dad to stop smoking. He knows how I feel about it...but after tons of trying I figured it out...he won't stop unless he wants to...you mom wont stop unless she initiates it. She has to want to quit smoking before she'll ever do it...if she tries and fails it means she didn't want it bad enough...only until she has the desire to quit will she. I wish there was a better answer....but addictions are a hard thing to tackle...and whether you or I want to believe it, smoking is an addiction.
