Due to the recent Adderall shortage in the nation, I have to switch my medication to Concerta.
I took Concerta when I was 12 and it made me depressed, which is why I switched to Adderall.
Does Concerta have the same side effects as Adderall? (loss of appetite, dry mouth, headaches, etc.)
Does Concerta work just as well?
And is there anything else anyone can tell me about Concerta that I should know?

last night I had a dream I was in a movie theater with my exboyfriend. all I saw was me and him and the lights on the wall but it was kind of dark. there was a black man in the room too, someone I don't know. and he and my ex seemed to have a lot of tension between eachother. I think the black man might have been a criminal, I'm not sure. then I remember me and the black man were outside in the hall and I gave him a dirty look because he was annoying me somehow and he grabed me by the shoulders and was yelled at me to spit in his face and was shaking me and I started to scream and cry. I got free and ran outside and then I saw an overview of a movie theater and police cars. I woke up and was scared kind of. then I went back to sleep and my dream continue. this time it was me and my ex and I asked why he didn't come out to help me. he said the black man's friends wouldn't let him but if he could have he wouldn't of let anything happen to me.

My boyfriend is my best friend! We've been dating for almost two months but we have been good friends for about six months. We're inseperable and have a strong trust and chemistry with each other. I've only had sex twice, and so has he, but we both feel ready to go to the next step. My boyfriend has always been very patient with me and he is so sweet. Okay I've been having problems with my boyfriend for quite sometime and there are times when we have these arguments and i tell him how i feel and stuff. He would always end up saying; "I have no reason to live anymore if you don't love or care for me." I always tell myself he is full of crap, but it bothers me sometimes. He is eighteen years old and i am seventeen. He was never like this before considering we've known each other almost all our life. Ever since this new friend he's been hanging with he's been acting like that. I've met his friend too. His friend wants to kill himself too. I've been real nice to his friend and everything. So im sitting here at home trying to get one hundred and fifty pages of school work done in the next 7 days. I always wait to the last two days to do all my homework before a test. i been trying lateley to work on that to give myself more time and less stress, however im sitting here with the tv disconneted computer off, till now, and phone on silent, ill be reading my work buy my mind wonders off to chores, sex, and my wieght. Hey, I am a Sprint user and for as long as I have had a phone, all of sprint's sucked. On October 14th, the iPhone 4s is coming out. I had just gotten my HTC Evo 4g, I like the big screen, I like the applications, the kick stand and the amazing 8 megapixel camera. The only thing I HATE about the Evo is the battery, it lasts for so little time, if I play games, it lasts shorter. For anyone who might be reading this who has the iPhone, please let me know if the battery lasts a long time. I am going to Vienna, Austria for 11 days in March, so I would have had my Evo for 6 months by then. My dad was ready for an upgrade and I wasn't when I wanted the Evo, so I took his. By March, I would be ready for my upgrade meaning the iPhone should be able 150$ maybe. I love me Evo and I think part of the reason I want the iPhone is for me to be able to say I have it, even though the Evo is iPhone's toughest competitor, I hear that iPhone sales have even dropped because everyone has switched to HTC. But, I also just really want the iPhone so my phone won't die half way through the day when I am in Austria because I know I will be snapping pictures left and right and I don't know if my Evo battery will be able to withstand that kind of use. I also figure by the time March comes, people that want the iPhone will already have it so Sprint will have it in stock by then and I won't have to be put on back order or anything. So, I love me Evo but I feel the iPhone will better suit my needs in Austria and everything that I have read about the iPhone 4S seems incredible. What do you think I should do? If anyone has the iPhone please tell me about the battery, if you've experienced any problems with it, if it's terrible, please be honest! Anybody who has the Evo, tell me if I should keep it or if I should switch.

I'm not entirely sure where to begin. I'm a guy and I'm bisexual. There's a good start. I knew I was, well probably forever. Just the whole facing-reality part was taking a while. I'm now sure of how I feel and who I am. My question is how do I tell my family? My Mother is semi-understanding. She works at a college with many gay people. She accepts them, but still makes remarks and doesn't like to see them touching, kissing, etc. My oldest brother is very against gays. He thinks Lesbians are "okay". He's basically a tool. :) He would probably take the longest to be okay. My middle brother, I believe, would be pretty accepting. He's usually an a-hole, but he seems the most likely to be okay. It doesn't make sense I know, but it does if you were me. As soon as I tell them, I think I would come out to my friends, and then my highschool and then my extended family. I have told a few friends and they were completely accepting and it's a great start. But my family, well idk. Could anyone give advice or maybe tell me how their coming out went? I shower daily and use soap down there. When I go the bathroom and I have bowel movements, I wipe very well and make sure everything is clean.
After I shower, even if I dont use the bathroom, an hour later my 'crack' will smell like feces, and so does my thong in that area. Its not like everyone can smell it around me, but Im sexually active and Im selfconscious about it. Anytime before my boyfriend and I get intimate I feel like I have to wash with soap and water back there.
Is this normal? What do I do?

Okay first of all you have to clean it very well with some powerfull shower mode and don't just clean the surface also inside...
You have to clean it with a washcloth afterwards and you have to dry it very good.

Nikon CoolPix S80 has better hardware
And the S1100 better software...
If you dont care about fancy software on the cam and just want good pictures go for the S80 (the lens is better and the f is lower so you dont have to use high iso (noise for light).
If you suck with Pic editing and you just want to do easy simple stuff and only show off your pictures on your TV and not on your PC get the S1100...
S80 = Better pictures (i'd go for S80)
S1100 = Fancy software in camera

My better half has decided to go on an unusual and strict diet of water and rice. He is 34 years old and around 14-15 stone but would like to be 12 stone.
He works 5 days a week at a local mini supermarket but all he does is have water until tea time when he has one bowl of rice.
It was day one yesterday and the result was he lost 3lb but had no energy during or after work and was feeling faint.
I personally don't think it is good for him health wise and it has already began to affect our communication as he is very quite and a little touchy.
Is there any better diets out there for him that involve him eating more but without putting any weight on?
