this kid (corey) likes me ALOT. i only like him as a bestfriend, but i love him to death. he asked me to formal. at the same time, this other kid who I like is supposed to ask me. well when Corey asked me online to the formal, i said without thinking "well no because im waiting for someone else to ask me, but if he doesnt i'll go with you" and then i realized thats the WORST thing anyone could possibly say. and hes CRUSHED! i freaked out and apologized. he replied "its okay, i should have known not to ask you, you wouldnt go with me anyway" and now i feel like SHIT! i told my parents and they said im an asshole for saying that. they said if i end up not getting a date, that i SHOULDNT go with him because thats insulting and he deserves better. i feel SO BAD. what can i do/say to make it up to him? OK, there are 2 parts to this. There is this guy at my school that I really like and I know he likes me back!! But I don't know how to tell him!! I had a crush on him since last year and people say I should ask him out. But you see, I have NEVER been on a date and I'm 13 years old!! Everytime I think about him I feel like I want to kiss him so badly. He just got a haircut and now he looks even cuter, that it's driving me crazy!! OK, the 2nd part is that ever since these 2 girls found out that we liked each other they have been teasing like "So, how's your boyfriend?" For some reason this is long, I don't know why, but it's longer than it needs to be. I know this isn't totally asking for advice, but I'm 14/f/nc, and this year our cul-de-sac's Christmas party is going to include of a secret santa. My neighbors dad is playing santa, and each one of the children (everyone under 18) had to draw names out of a hat to choose who they'll be buying their gifts for. Well, I got my little neighbor, she's 4, and I was wondering, what types of things would a 4 year old want. I am babysitting for her on the 4th and 5th, so I'll probably ask her, but I'm grounded this weekend for cutting class, and me and some friends are going to the mall on Friday(tomorrow, I only get grounded on weekends, not on weekdays) So that's the only time I'll have to go, otherwise I'll have to wait until we go grocery shopping, because I'm grounded for the next two weekends for cutting class (not going to my 4th period, I got caught the last 5 minutes of school... so close yet so far away...) Well, I've always been shopping at American Eagle and Abercrombie and those kind of places, and I HATE IT!!! I hate them all. I don't want to be a prep. I want to shop at Hot Topic, I am so anti-prep it's not even funny. And all these years my parents have made me shop there. Seriously, they will not let me shop at Hot Topic or anything place they consider "goth". I guess you could call us rich, and so I totally hate it. I just want to be what I want to be, which is pretty much "punk" since I'm really into that kind of music and I love black. I've been so pissed about it, but, if I do convince my parents to let me start wearing stuff from Hot Topic, will people call me a Poser because all the sudden I go from Preppy Clothes to Punk?
Please help!
Just so you all know: I HATE preppy clothes. They suck. I think about being home schooled and running away and buying Hot Topic stuff and just sneaking it to school because I hate my clothes so much. So don't think this is just a stupid joke. Thanks.

me and my dad...dont get along...at all..he takes the simplest things i say..so serious..and all wrong...for instance..the other day we were trying to decide wut to do for lunch...we all decided on something but then he jus had to change his mind. when they asked me i said 'i dont care can we jus go some place cuz im really hungry' his response 'well i dont like your attitude!!' my mom tries to calm him down but his final desicion is 'well i just wont eat then!!' he gets so mad at me for the stupidest things like that..and my mom steps in and tries to resolve it but he ends up mad at the both of us..and when he gets mad..he cusses...last year i went to a school..on the bad side of town(it was a magnet skool..for higher students..but all the peeple hoo lived around there went ther too) so i heard so much language i got sick of it....so one day when he was mad..i asked him not to cuz i hear enough of it everyday..well now..he still cusses..acts like that talk never happened..and he's my sunday skool teacher! and everyone thinks i live the perfect life when its horrible..my dad keeps telling me over and over how we may not have enough money for christmas this year...ive told my mom that i hate when he talks about stuff like that..i guess he thinks im to 'mature'..last sunday..we talked about 'controlling our anger' and he wuz like 'u decide to get angry' well he decides that a whole bunch! i just want to stop the fighting..and my mom and i have sat and cried after some fights..and i want to stop bringing my mom into these fights..i want to stop the fighting..but im not sure how..oh any by the way..im only 12 (link)

I just recently moved out of my house and into my uncles house and he is a hardcore Christian man and believes that anything not christian is "of the devil", I myself am a follower of the old pagan type religions and he kind of found out and alwayz makes little jabs at me for not believing in god and tells me im going to hell and i dont know how to deal with it..if i tell him that i dont believe in god, he might kick me out of his house....what should i do...pretend not to believe what i do or tell him to stop? hi im elle. im 13. Heres where i need advice...my mom doesnt know how to control my brothers. at all. so they are insane. all the time. she constantly blames it on me. "well its because youre not the perfect sister!" im a good student. im know im not perfect. but she could at least treat me with more respect. she grounds me all the time. and my brothers run wild. they are constantly fighting and everytime she hears them fight she goes "elle what did you do?" wtf? thats not right. and my dad has the worst temper ever and always fights with her. we're poor and i can never do anything. they dont trust me. its like i dont even exist to them. and they do some really bad stuff. i mean like drugs. i just want to know what i should do. i have a hard time talking to them just because everytime they ever talk to me in private its bad news. always. so what should i do to make my life better?

Hey im truly sry about your situatuion. Thats a lot to handle for someone are age. Have you told ne 1. A teacher a cop someone? I seems like you should move in to a foster home or something like it if not do you have ne nice realitves who don't do drugs? Hope i helped.
