Hey Im getting braces in a week.. i was wondering if there was anything i should do to prevent the pain.. or to get rid of the pain.. or could somebody jsut tell me how much pain there even really is? cuz i get different answers from like everyone i ask.. i just wanna be prepared. I know i should take advil before getting them put on, and i should bring chapstick with me.. any more advice? Oh and btw.. what color should i get lol i was thinking pink cuz i thought it might be cute? or would pink be too babyish for a 15 yr old? thanks ill rate!!

well when ii qot braces it did hurt somewhat but not really that bad . yuu can just take pain releif madincine or somethinq like that . it really helped me ! otherwise yuu can use some other kind of medicine and it really helps to eat no hard food for a while and just keep it down to like puddinq and that kind of stuff . and chapstick would probably be a qood idea because yuu will probably be lickinq your lips a lot because yuu wont be used to it . and pink is totally cute ! ii would recommend it and maybe even pink and black toqether because those are like the best colors riqht now . qood luck !

well peoeple cut for all different reasons . the main reason is probably stress or just anqer . people are not really tryinq to kill themselves but maybe just to qet attention or somethinq like that . if yuu are cuttinq yourself yuu should qet help riqht away so that it doesn`t qet worse . qood luck hun !

how do u delete your history of ur computer? like the websites uve gone to ? pleasetell me

qo too my documents and then on the menu at the top and yuu should see history . then click on it and there should be a little box on the side that says today, yesterday, and so on . just click on whatever one yuu want and qo throuqh the sites and to delete them just riqht click and click delete and then ok . hope ii helped !

Ive been looking for cell phones and im trying to find a good deal on em. I want to take the phone i find and have it reprogramed to b a prepay verizon phone.
