okay so i've been dating my boyfriend a yeah and he talks about how one day he knows he is going to lose interest this hurts me and i try not to let it get to me but it does. it's like he knows the end is coming and he is preparing both of us for it. N ow I'm not naive i do know that eventually chances are it will. We don't really fight we don't have problems, we get along great and he tells me if he ends it it wont be because he stopped loving me it will be because he wont be able to be with someone he is "bored of". Now please don't tell me it seems like a jerk thing to tell your girlfriend. I'm just looking for things i could do to make things more interesting, not necessarily sex wise just in general to make him not lose interest. He told me he doesn't like me as much now as he did when we first started dating, I cant go act like i did in the beginning because i haven't changed, hes just getting bored.
What can i do to avoid him ending it or at least to get these thoughts of boredom out of his head.

Well, most relationships lose there spice sooner or later. Make him realize what he would be missing if he broke up with you. Go out to different places then you guys usually go to. Maybe dress a little different or make your hair different. Flirt with him more. Maybe go do things he likes to do.

okayy im jessica. 13/f. turning 14 text month and i weigh about 165 . i DEF dont have a bikini body and summer is in a month!. i wannna wear a bikini this summer so so badd!.. like it sucks to know that ur not gonna be able to wear a bikini. pleasee helpppp..! and im planning on losing it by summer vacation which is next month too..
ah im desperate!.

The best thing to do is to run.
My friend ran everyday in summer & she came back & everyone was amazed how skinnier she got.
Since your only 13 the best thing to do is go outside and exercise, by riding your bike, walking, roller skating, whatever. & instead of drinking soda;; you should drink water. Soda pounds on those calories. Try eating more healthy too.

this is just a really random question. but how do you get a picture on your advice column?

haha =] well. you go on profile settings then where it says part 3. There it says upload a picture of you. and you click the browse button. From there you just choose your picture that you have on your computer and you click open and just save the changes. But some pictures won't upload because they are too big.

my ex said he loved me and it really caught me off gaurd. i know i like him. but i dont know if i love him. i really really need to know how to figure out if i like him or not. and to see how to find out if he really likes me. we've been on and off. but i really thinks he likes me. i really need to knoww... i need help.. Okay, well i think your ex does like you because he wouldn't just say that if he doesn't. About the love part. I don't think he loves you to that extent. Maybe just likes you a lot. I mean you guys are only 13 so you have a lot of time until you really start to get serious. I've had boy friends that have said they loved me but really thats what they all say. If you don't know if you love him then chances are you really don't, because when someone is in love they know it without a single doubt. I think to find out if he really likes you, you should ask his friends. Or ask him. Since you guys have been on and off he probably still does like you because it's hard to get over a relationship like that. Just spend some more time and talk to him. Your heart will tell you when your in love.

I'm 15 and just recently got my period
(Yes, I know I got it pretty late.)
I've only had it about 3 times now, but I HATE it.
I can't stand it. It makes me feel like I can't do anything with it.
Since I don't like pads, I wear tampons, but they're always popping halfway out.
(Which is weird because I'm not using a big size or anything.)
I constantly have to go "adjust" myself and I never
feel like going anywhere because I'm afraid I will leak.

Does anyone have any advice?
Any kind words would be appreciated right now.

I got my period really early when i was in 4th grade. I hated it. I still do. The pads felt like diapers and my mom didn't let me use tampons. But you will get used to it. If you are scared about leaking you can wear a tampon and the smallest sized pad, that way you won't leak. Or you can try different tampons. I felt the same way about not being able to do anything but now I'm used to it and I know I can still do things like play sports and other things.

I hope everything goes better for you. And you will get used to it. trust me.

I don't think its wrong, but just to be on the sure side you should ask your best friend how she would feel about that, and don't make it seem like you like her boyfriend. I think she would understand if you were friends before they started going out. If she starts acting jealous then I would stop. ♥

ok, there's this guy I've liked since my last days of being a 7th grader.Ever since school started and around September I've realized he's been looking/staring at me for long time now.I'm now finally convinced he likes me.^^

But I can never figure out what to talk about with him and I've noticed that I get really nervous when trying to think of a topic to talk about than what I do talking to people who I hardly know in school.We talk very little since he's the one who just says things out randomly and thats when we do a small talk about the subject and poof...nothing else to talk about...

I sit next to him in my 2nd per. class and I'm always thinking of what to talk about cause i know most of the things I need to know about him((And no,I'm not a stalker he says things out randomly to our 1st per. teacher or a friend of ours about his bros,his skateboard,his fav music))
So, I can never think of a good topic to talk about and it's worse in 2nd per, cause there are 2 girls in that class that get me jealous cause they are either trying to flirt with him just for fun or put thier hands on him,which disgusts me cause they do that all the time to every guy in the class.But thankfully he insults them all the time.

Anyways it's hard to talk to him in 1st cause I'm somewhat far from him and he is always talking to his friend and I dont want to intrude them,2nd per. cause of those girls and my heart starts beating non-stop and since it's math we ((or mostly me)) i dont want to get in trouble while the teacher is explaning to us.

so...any advice on how to talk to him???

aw. well i think you should go up to him and just be like wow this class is so boring. Then just be like i can't wait for the weekend it should be fun. He will probably ask what your doing and then you can say im going out with some of my friends at... (somewhere) movies. Then you can just be like you should come along. Or ask him for his screen name if you both have aim. If he likes you like you think he does then he would love to come along.
