I'm switching schools, because I can't stand my friends. There so stuck up & fake. & I just can't put up with it anymore. Anyways, this will be my last week there. So, I really wanna make an impression they won't forget. I wanna show them I'm so much more then what they expected. & that they can't treat me like that.

Any ideas on payback?

if everytime one of my friends pissed me off i switched schools, damn, i'd be in a different country by now.
people in real life are stuck up and fake. once you get out into the real world, a lot of people are stuck up and fake. better suck it up now and get used to it.

Can someone get me the CURRENT laws for marrage in the US?

I tryed something similer to usmarragelaws.com and after calling a few states to verify the law, they were all wronge.

A website that includes numbers to call and verify would be wonderful, but just anything to show some lead way would work.

YES, you can get your period when you're pregnant. some women have their period the entire time they are pregnant.
but, i don't know if you're pregnant or not. it's probably your period just off of it's cycle. but i would call your doctor about it.

so i recently lost my virginity and would like to start getting checked out on a regular basis by a doctor. problem is im 15 and don't want to use the family doctor. i knew of this phone number you could call to see teen oriented doctors in your area but i forgot it. i don't really want to just go to planned parenthood. anyone have that number or any other ideas for me to see a doctor my parents wouldn't have to know about?

just tell your parents (or just your mother, or another trusted adult) that you would like to go to a doctor to get checked because you'd like to. or say your friends are going to the doctors to get checked and you want to also.
and doctor's aren't allowed to say anything to your parents unless you are going to harm yourself, someone else, or someone is going to harm you.

I have the orginal iPod and its few years old. Recently it has been freezing and i just let it die and then charge it again and its fine. But now its not working at all. I have tried everything, seriously. When i turn it on it has a little iPod with am unhappy face on the screen and a "!" with a triangle around it.

take it to best buy or somewhere. it isn't your fault that it's freezing up, so you're mom shouldn't be mad. my friend's ipod froze up and stuff and he sent it to apple and they replaced it (he has a warranty though).

I stumbled across this site by accident. I seriously doubt many of you have the qualifications to give real people proper advice. After reading some of your responses to people's inquiries i was quite astonished as to how teenagers find they are able to give quality advice and information to real people in need with such little life experience. If you ask me you are not in a place to give your "personal opinion" when people truly believe you are giving them the right answer simply because you claim "people think i give really good advice". (eg. i am still at a loss as to how a 17 year old girl thinks she can give advice to someone regarding conceiving a child) I know you try to come across as a "godsend" to poeple who are in some sort of personal crisis and need a fast easy answer but the truth is, in the cases where it really counts, there rarely is one; at least not from you.

Teenagers have not had little life experience. There are plenty of us who have been through pregnancy, self-injury, healthy issues, eating disorders, abuse, family problems, rape, friend issues, relationships, and everything else.
You need life experience to gain a perspective on life, not to give adivce.
And you are at loss as to how a 17 year old girl can give advice on how to conceive a child? Did you not have health class in high school or something? Did you not learn from books, legitiment online sites, friends, parents, and others about sex and everything about it?
Most of us may be teenagers, but many of us have been through hell and back, and you don't know any of us. You don't know the situations I've been put through. but I know how to handle them. And why? because I experienced them. When you are a teenager, you don't sit in a bubble and not watch or experience the life around you.
We are real people with real problems.
And if you don't like it here, that's your problem and none of us care. It's your loss.

I have been in a serious relationship with my boyfriend for 4 monthes now. I think I am ready to have sex with him, the problem is, I am very self-concious of my body. I hate being naked, and I never am with him. I won't even take off my top. Even though I think i am considered "thin" (I am critical of myself, especially the flab on my stomach) and I am 5'9, I am just so self-concious and I don't think I will ever be comfortable being naked around him. Is there a way to get more comfortable with myself, naked?

i'm not going to tell you that 4 months isn't long enough or any of that other bullshit.
but, if you don't feel comfortable with showing your boyfriend your body, you're not ready to share your body with him. i wouldn't take my shirt off or anything really until i was with my boyfriend for about 6 months. now we've been together for almost 11 months and we're completely comfortable with each other. it takes time. you can't pressure yourself, although you may be like me and need that push to try new things.
and always remember, just because you do something once, doesn't mean you have to do it again if you realize you're not comfortable with it.

On friday I gave up my virginity to my boyfriend. We used a condom and everything went well. But now, probably because it was my first time, i'm getting paranoid...
I have an irregular period cycle, sometimes going 3 months in a row with no period. I bled a little on friday and had some abdominal cramps on saturday. A friend told me that since it was my first time, it would probably make my period come. But it hasn't yet. I'm getting mild stomach cramps, but no blood. I know it's only tuesday, but I'm scared.

How soon can I take a take-home test and make sure it's accurate?? I'm so frightened I may be pg I don't know what to do...

actually, having sex (especially the first time) can throw off your period, it won't nessecarly make it come.
just calm down. wait a few days. take a pregnancy test and see the results.

there's nothing wrong with being flatchested. i don't have a lot of chest either and i've been made fun of for it too. but really, you'll end up liking the size of your chest eventually.

so i know that the morning after pill is to get rid of the baby if your pregnant.. but say you had sex without a condom and he came inside of you but you werent pregant but you still took the morning after pill.. what would happen? and if you were pregnant and you did take it would that definetly get rid of the baby?

the morning after pill is not an abortion pill, it just keeps from allowing the egg to be fertalized.

i really want to lose weight. but i'm lazy and won't do anything. any advice on foods to eat, HOW TO ABSTAIN FROM EATING ICE CREAM, OTHER FATTY FOODS, ETC. and exercises to do that aren't strenuous and you don't have to go anywhere to do them? i'd go for walks but it's cold outside.

change your attitude about losing weight, or you won't be able to. being lazy doesn't get you anywhere.

just focus on portions. eat half of the portions you normally eat. drink lots of water. take the long way in school to your classes (provided you won't be late). look in magazines for exercises.
