Your what they call passive, which means you always do what people tell you to, which could lead to bad things, like rape, (like you described) or drugs.
Talk to your school counsilor, or your health teacher, because that's where i learned about this. I know it sounds hard, and i know your thinking "its not that simple" but you've just got to say no. Try small things like telling your friends you don't want to hang out, or something like that, and work your way up to things like your boyfriend. If YOU dont want to go as far as he wants, then you dont have to. Technically what he did was abuse, and if he made you go farther thats sexual abuse, which is serious. Talk to you parents or your school counsilors.

okay so this year ill be starting highschool and i have a friend whose a senior and she said she would take me ta school everyday! but my dad wont let me go with her because he thinks that all teenagers that drive are bad drivers but he hasnt even met her! how can i convince my dad that shes trustworthy? i mean she said she would even come over ta meet him and stuff but he wont even give her a chance hes like "you shouldnt even be hanging out with older people" hes soo over protective!! i just need ideas to tell him to convince him that its not that big of a deal
your dad has a point, but so do you. There are a lot of older people that aren't good people, but your dad shouldnt judge her before meeting her. I think you should talk to your dad and ask him to meet here, instead of just convincing him your right.

i dont know whats wrong with me but i need answers. me and my boyfriend dont exactly have the best relationship but im completley in love with him and i trust him, but no matter how many times he tells me, im too insecure to think he wont leave me. i dont think im pretty, no matter how many people tell me i am. i cry everyday..sometimes for no reason. i used to cut myself ..i do sometimes but not any hardcore stuff. i know theres something wrong with me..im thinking bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder. does anyone have anything i could do to help myself or anything at all? thanks :/
Woah ok. My friend used to cut herself, but i helped her with that too. The pain of cutting just leads to more pain later on, so just dont do it. If you really think you have a problem then talk to your parents or your school counsilor. If everyone tells you your pretty then you must be pretty! I'm sure ur boyfriend loves you back, and you should tell him about this too. Since you trust him and love him so much, he should understand.

OK here goes.
1) A lot of guys don't like to ask out girls because their afraid of being rejected, and the ackwardness of that later on.
2) I dont know about most guys, but there are a lot of shy guys. Like I said before, fear of rejection is a big issue, along with embarrassment, and humiliation.
3) Every guy is different, but there are a lot of general things that guys look for in girls.
Nice body, athletic, pretty, smart, funny, fun to hang out with, and other things.

ok so i start soccer practice tomorrwo.but it says something about scrimmages being scheduled.what are scrimmages in soccer.
scrimmages are just small games inside your team. like lets say you had a team of 20 people. you would have a 10 on 10 scrimmage, to practice playing in a real game. just another way to practice really.
their not only in soccer. ive had scrimmages in volleyball, soccer, basketball, pretty much any sport.

I was watching the fashion channel and I saw this wonderful collection of clothes that had been inspired by "the bed". The models were walking around with a huge pillow behind their heads and their hair was spred out all over the pillow. It looked as if they were laying down.. only right side up. I thought this would make an awesome halloween costume! Not remembering the desingers name or the name of the collection I went to style.com to try and find a photo.. but came up with nothing. I was hoping someone from advicenators would have a great idea on how the pillow could be held up. Thanks to all who answer, I will rate high. :)
1))you could tie a rope kind of thing around the pillow, and make a loose knot (not tight so it doesnt choke you) around ur neck.
2)) glue a long stick to the bottom of the pillow, and tape that stick/pole to your body, and cover it with the sheets for the bed. add a teddy bear and your set!

I really like this guy named Zach. Zach is my best friends older brother. I am in 9th grade and he is in 12th grade. I really like him. He always gives me hugs becuase like he thinks of me as his little freshman friend. I want to go out with Zach, but I don't know how to ask. I know people are reading this saying "Ask him out..." Does anyone have some good, out of the ordinary, kind of crazy ideas for what I could do with my boyfriend? I don't want the relationship to be based around physical aspects, I want to be able to do other things with him. We do already, but we're running out of ideas. My life really sucks. The guy i like has this really popular and pretty girlfriend. All the people at school make fun of me. I do not have alot of friends. My family doesn't seem like they care for me too much. I even sometimes think of suicide.
At school all of the people make fun of me. I am no dork but people make fun of me the way i dress and just plain make fun of me. On my school lacrosse team people always make fun of me. Not to brag but i am probably the best person on the team and yet there are still people making fun of me of the things i do. On my soccer team some of the girls make fun of me too. I do not have alot of friends either. My dad always bothers me to have someone come over and he asks me the number of people i called and its only about 3 because i really don't have alot of friends to call. My family is always yelling at me to. I try to be nice but then my sister makes some smart remark and then my parents expect me to be nice to her. And they think she is like the perfect angel child that does everything right. My sister even sometimes makes fun of me by saying i have no friends. Suicide is also something i think about and life is something i want to take away because it really sucks. Please add some advice to this column. It would really help. Even if it is just about one thing. Please help.
wow i can understand your problem. No matter how bad it gets, suicide is not the answer. I think you should try to talk to your parents, its worth a shot. im sure they love you. as for the girls on your lacrosse team, their just jealous, because ur better then them and they know it. I i got the dancing game i wanted (DDR). I cant stop playing it. My mom says i acn lose a lot of weight playing it. Is losing a lot of weight good or bad? I need help.
It really depends on how much you weigh. If your over-weight, losing a lot of weight is great! But if your average, losing a lot of weight can be bad. But DDR won't effect you a lot if your an average weight. In this case, DDR wont help you loose like 30 lbs you obsess over the game and play it ever second and get good, but you should be fine. play on!
