I'm 15 years old (turning 16 next month) I'm about 5'7 and I weigh around 150 lbs. Am I overweight? What are some good exercises that I could do to lose weight? I really want to flatten my stomach, tone my arms and legs, especially my thighs and tone my butt. And what are some things I could use to motivate me?

hey there.... i have a very stupid kind of question which is in my mind for 2-3 years.....
i go to gym almost regularly and have been listening to people there saying that if you really wanna improve your performance at gym then u should completely stop masturbating.. i try to control myself a lot of times but still end up doing it atleast once a week (oops)... so can anybody tell me what is the real truth and is there some special time when we should never do it relevent to gym activities.

Okay, since like ever I've always been the guys best friend. Theres been prettier girls then me, and thats who my friends go for. Most of my friends are guys. Well over the summer I went from like nothing to a C. I don't honestly know how.. but I did. And my Mom also said that I got curves.. Its all diffrent, and it used to be okay to walk into a room full of guys where I knew they were my friends. I hate to say this because I know it isn't the answer you want, but you can't change how your body looks. Try wearing a spots bra, it smashes them, but not by much. Whatever people say, Don't let it make you feel bad. Don't let it make you feel weird, guys like boobs. And you always growing. You don't just grow boobs in sixth grade, you grow until your twenty one, so whoever says rude things about it, needs to stop. And just tell them that.

Okay, i apologize in advance for vagueness, or for this being a rather..dumb?..question.

this year i'm participating in this off-campus hands-on school program through MY school for culinary arts that earns you credits for college while giving you actually experience in the kitchen.
i started this past wednesday and there was this guy who caught my eye immediately. but i'm always too shy to talk to guys on my own, so when my friend dragged him into our conversation, i took advantage of it. he seemed genuinely interested in what i was saying and joked around and made really good eye contact a lot and i was trying my best to be semi-flirty by making good eye contact also, and addressing him directly and that. he just totally got me interested in and attracted to him, (he's got the prettiest eyes.) but anyways. come to find out he's being switched into the morning program, so he won't be in my class anymore. i don't even know if he'll still be there on monday, but if he is, i would hate to miss an opportunity with a nice guy.
my question is; would it be creepy, weird, or simply too soon to ask him for contacts, like his cell number or whatever since he's going to be switched out of my class? and if it's not..what are some ways i could do that without it seeming...too forward and creepy..?

I live with my grandparents and my pap really wants me to stay in majorettes(baton twirling) he won't let me quit. i know some parents get this way because they want to cheer for you but he never cheered and he had never gone to more than 2 games. my grandma is with me about quitting but he is hardheaded and you can't get through to me. i talked to him, try to look at his prospective and all i got was him being hardheaded and unreasonable also his only reason for wanting me in it is "i don't raise quitter." and that's not true his kids quite everything and i quite a few things myself so... what do i do how do i quit with honor?? And i honestly can say i have said everything and done everything plus i get nothing out of it anyway so HELP!

When i wake up in the morning, my face is always so swollen. You can tell in my nose more than anything else. i hate it! i just want to wake up and look normal, but i wake up looking like i just got punched in the face or something.
