Hi I'm 27 weeks pregnant with a girl. Her first name is going to be Riley but I need help coming up with a middle name. There are so many names that go good with it but me and my boyfriend can't seem to agree on any. Any suggestions? Please no stupid answers.

ok, i have clear skin. but you know when you have those problem zits that pop up every now and then? what can i use to make them go away..like something that doesnt take forever. i dont want to have to go out and buy something, but is there anything around the house that i could use besides lemon juice and toothpaste? i have clerasil, but it doesnt seem to work. thanks.

I personally think lemon juice works the best, but you can try rubbing alcohol. Put some on a paper towel or Q-tip, and you're done. If you ever use the lemon juice though, don't touch it, or it won't work.

okay so i'm going to the dentist today to extract [pull out] 2 of my teeth. im really really really scared! what should i expect? does it hurt?

I've had tons of teeth pulled. The worst part about it is the novicane, which is just a shot in your gums. You just feel a little tug after that, but it doesn't hurt because you're numb. It'll bleed for a while. After that, it'll be numb for a few hours. That part sucks, because your cheek or something will itch, and you can't do anything about it, unless you scratch up your entire face, hah. It really isn't that bad once you get passed the shot, and even that doesn't hurt extremely bad or anything.

are guys turned off by braces?

They really shouldn't care. If they are, then they aren't worth your time. They can either have a girlfriend with braces for two years, then a really nice smile, or they can have one who never had braces, with messed up teeth. Guys like nice smiles, so you'd think they wouldn't mind if you had braces for a while to get one. I guess it depends on the guy though. If you're debating about getting braces for that reason, get them anyway. It'll be worth it.

I am starting high school and i am really nervous! Does anyone have any tips or things they want to share? It can be about friends, boys, hair, clothes, grades, teachers, anything! I need lots of advice because I am very worried! Thanks!

High school is nothing to worry about. Really.

Friends. Just talk to people around you. Make small talk. Join a club or a sport. Its really not that hard. Oh, and don't try to be best friends with all the upperclassmen. They'll probably hate you just for being an annoying freshman. Keep your distance. And, don't go walking around like you know everyone and you're so popular. Everyone will hate you.

Hair. Do whatever you feel like, I guess. The hair issue is really not too different from middle school.

Clothes. Wear whatever you want. DON'T dress like a slut. Don't wear really short skirts/shorts and everything. That'll attract the wrong crowd and make everyone else hate you. Wear whatever you're comfortable with/

Grades. I honestly thought freshmen year was pretty easy. Do your homework. That can really boost your grade. Study for exams in advance. Don't wait until the last minute to cram it all in it. I did that, and I didn't do horribly, but I could've done so much better. Don't forget to study for normal tests, do all the work, and extra credit if its offered. Again, not too different from middle school.

Teachers. They may be a bit tougher than middle school. It really depends on who you have. Whatever you do, don't get on their bad side. Don't be a smartass and piss the teacher off. They more than likely will hate you for that, and your grade probably will suffer. Most teachers like it when you participate in class and show you're working really hard. That can count for a lot when its time to put the grades in and you're .2% away from an A. They just may boost it up the next grade higher. But, don't be a suck up.

The people are a lot different than middle school. Hopefully, they're much more mature and there's less drama. But, the rules for homework and teachers still apply. Nothing has really changed in that department.
Don't go in there freaking out. RELAX! Pretend like you know what you're doing, even if you don't. Honestly, there's absolutely nothing to worry about. Good luck!

Try using baking soda and lemon juice. Don't swallow though. Just brush like you normally would, then spit it out. Brush normally after.
You can also buy toothpaste with whitening stuff in it. I've found that to work well.
I've heard Crest whitestrips work too. I haven't used it because I have braces, and I really can't, but once I get them off, I'm probably going to use them.

My hair is layered and it's kinda longish. I straighten it before school in the morning (it's naturally wavy) and by the time i get to school its all wavy again and it goes thick and like straw. It's disgusting I hate it. Please, please, can someone help me. I need it to stay straight. I can't stand it, it's disgusting!

I had the same problem. Try getting a finishing straightening spray; it really helps. Its like four or five dollars at CVS. I use this stuff:

Ive been with Verizon for a few years now. They have great service and their phones arent to bad. But they are very expensive and require you to purchase all this other crap in order to use certain parts of your phone. So, Im thinking of switching services but not quite sure who to go with. I used to work for a cell phone company so Ive done ALOT of research. And I know that service varies in different states. But I was curious as to what service everyone has, what phone they went with, and over all how satisfied you are with the phone and serivce?

I have alltel. The phone I have is a cheap one, because it was supposed to be a surprise, and my mom ordered it through the phone, so I didn't get to choose. But, they do have some nice phones. Its a good deal too. With the My Circle, you can call any ten people you want for free. They can call you for free, too. Its free on nights and weekends aswell.

this im sure is a very frequently asked type of question but i need people to reasure me so ill stop freaking out..

okay well my ex and i had unprotected sex a few weeks ago and i usually no when im getting my period and its never been irregular, and 2 days after i had sex i started my period but it only lasted for like 3 days.. and it usually lasts at least 5 and it was a week and a half early.. so i know you can spot bleed when pregnant but.. theres no chance of me really being pregnant right? i mean i had my period i think?

If you have sex, there's always a possibility of getting pregnant. Period. Since you we unprotected, the chance is much greater. And yes, you can have your period while being pregnant.

I have to get up at 6:00 A.M for high school... In your opinion, is it better to shower the night before, or when you wake up? Because, I have P.E...and when I take a shower, I preferably wash my hair. So, which way do you do it? This is a really weird question LOL

I take showers at night. This way, you don't have to wake up as early, and you don't have to blow dry your hair, which will prevent it from getting as damaged. In P.E, at least for my school, we didn't sweat at all. But, we also didn't get the oppurtunity to shower after. It would take me an hour to shower, blow dry, and straighen, so I'd deffinately shower at night. If you're scrunching your hair or something, then take it in the morning.

how do you ask a boy out?

Just become friends with him first. But, don't wait too long or anything, because then he'll think of you as a little sister or something, instead of what you're intending. Flirt with him a little. Once you become good friends, you'll be more open with him, and then you can tell him how you feel. Or, if you're in high school, you could ask him to homecoming. Just be like, "Hey, are you going to homecoming with anyone? Do you want to go together?" Just casually bring up how you feel, epecially if you think he feels the same way. Good luck! :)

Its caused when you leave a tampon in for too long; longer than eight hours, I think.

Symptoms:
-High fever; about 102 degrees.
-Rash.
-Headache.
-Muscle aches.
-Sore throat.
-Cough.
-Nausea and vomiting.
-Diarreha.
-Abdominal pain.
-Lightheadedness or fainting.
-Confusion or disorientation.
-Low blood pressure.

If you leave a one in for too long and you get any of these symptoms, go to a doctor immediately. It can be life-threatening.

So from straightening my hair alot with a Chi straightener, my hair is damaged obviously. I've tried cutting back on using it that much this summer. but does anyone know of any good leave in conditioner/strengthining treatments????

Also, use creme. You put it in once you get out of the shower. You can use V05, or Studioline. There's also sprays, V05 as well. Try not to blowdry it. Go to bed with it wet, and when you wake up, staighten it. You can scunch you hair instead of straightening it, and that doesn't damage it nearly as much. I don't know any good brands because my hair doesn't scunch. But you can ask other people and they can give you suggestions.

ok i never been in a physical before ..and my school sent me a paper that i have to go for a physical..and im really really worried..do they check if you are a virgen?..and my mom wants to go with me..plus im afraid they will look at all down there..i dont want them to..so im wondering do they look down there..and if they give me a survey asking am i a virgen im gonna lie and say yes..what will happen if i lie? Don't worry. They don't. They just check your ears, eyes, nose, mouth, blood pressure, height, weight, like a normal check up. I've never been asked anything like that, but if they do ask you, don't lie. If you really think they're going to, you can ask your mom to leave the room, but before they ask, so its not too obvious. When I go, they don't check down there, but some places do. But nothing that they'll be able to tell whether or not you're a virgin or sexually active. Good luck!

Hah, I was going to read this book for summer reading, but I chose another book instead.

Steinbeck wrote The Grapes of Wrath at his home, 16250 Greenwood Lane, in what is now Monte Sereno, California. Set during the Great Depression, the novel focuses on a poor family of sharecroppers, the Joads, driven from their home by drought, economic hardship, and changes in the agriculture industry. In a nearly hopeless situation, they set out for California along with thousands of other "Okies" in search of land, jobs, and dignity. The novel is meant to emphasize the need for cooperative, as opposed to individualistic, solutions to social problems brought about by the mechanization of agriculture and the Dust Bowl drought.

I heard somewhere she just went on the show to be famous, and didn't really want to be part of them. She just used the show to get noticed. They're doing another show this fall, or sometime soon.
