If you want it out fast. First of all, the basic cause of acne is oil. Oil comes out by itself from your face, but a whole lot also comes out from hair in your face [e.g bangs]. So if you have hair [not facial hair], i would suggest tying it or putting a headband and keeping your hair out of your face. If you do that and you don't have hair on your face, then I suggest buying Clean and Clear Oil Wipes. They are blue and just wipe it on your face, especially in the T zone. Next, if you are in a MEGA rush, I suggest buying Rapid Clear by Neutrogena. It says that its so fast, your face will be clearer in 8 hours. There is also Clearasil Ultra where is clears in 3 days. I strongly suggest before you wash your face with whatever you chose, to first put Neutrogena Oil-Free wash. It takes out the oil. But remember, leave a little oil, or your face will be dry. I hope one of these suggestions work out for you. [ maaulism's advice column | Ask maaulism A Question ]
advicer answered Saturday August 25 2007, 12:06 am: I personally think lemon juice works the best, but you can try rubbing alcohol. Put some on a paper towel or Q-tip, and you're done. If you ever use the lemon juice though, don't touch it, or it won't work. [ advicer's advice column | Ask advicer A Question ]
amarand answered Friday August 24 2007, 7:40 pm: Well if you have Clearasil, a little trick to making it work better is putting your face up to hot steam. Turn the shower up to really hot and just let the steam seep onto your face, or boil a bowl of water and put your face above it. The steam opens up your pores so when you clean your face with Clearasil or whatever facewash you use, its more effective. [ amarand's advice column | Ask amarand A Question ]

If that doesn't work, try putting a little rubbing alcohol. Just a warning, that might dry out your skin too much, so be careful
Volleyball2150 answered Friday August 24 2007, 11:01 am: I don't know any home remedies that fix zits, but there's a product that i use
Clear & Clean
It has 10% hydogen peroxide, and that makes your skin dry so it makes the pimples go away.
You can put it on 1-3 times a day but I would start with 1 because in the beginning it can dry out your skin, then you have to put on a bunch of lotion.
