Okay.im 13,im 5'5 and I weigh 120 lbs...i have a nice tummy and everything and i have good arm muscles.but my legs just don't work.When I wear a bikini,if i put my legs close together,at teh top they touch!and it looks kinda wierd.What are some leg work outs i can do?Please answer..thanks.bye (link)

Well I have the same problem and I so leg lifts and squats..u can also go to a local store and buy a fitness tape for your thighs..Hope I helped.

Now I have this friend (boy) who i tend to like a lot! and sometimes it's weird we see each other a lot but in not the right places and we barely really know each other...but we do...i know this is kinda confusing..lol..but anyways, he asked my friends if i like him and they asked me...i mean i would say yes but the only thing is i dont really "trust" these friends...because they could come out and tell EVERYBODY! and i dont want that..you know..i think he figured out that i like him...i dont constantly stare...he does sometimes...does that mean he likes me? is it wrong for me to like him when i barely know him? should i ask my friend to ask him out for me? HELP!

lol well i think you should tell him how u feel and if he feels the same way then maybe yeha u know u could hook up but if u dont wanna tell ur friends because u think they will tell everyone then u gonna have to talk to him urseld and maybe u should just get hims number and get to know him

my family and just switched to a new church that my cousin goes to. My youth group is taking a trip to flordia to a camp and we just moved so i don't know anyone. i really dont want to go alone and i asked my cousin if she was coming and she said she doesn't know. and i dont think she likes me very much but i really cant tell. the trip is this month and I'm scared that i'll be all alone. ok i'm really short like 5'0 and I think I'm over really weight I'm about 125-130:-/ and I want to get myself bad into shape. Do you think I'm honestly over weight? Can you tell me some workouts that can help me?
I'm swimming alot now and getting back into doing a lot of crunches every day. But I need more to do. Plus I'm trying not to eat junk food and eat health (fruits, salads, some veggies) although I don't do good with veggies I don't really like them what do I do in that case? (link)

well i think u arent really overweight it really just depends on ur body type and if u are really into losing some weight you could run, do sit ups and sqwats for ur thighs.. i cant really think of nething else and if u dont like veggies eat saleds and things with stuff that u like.

well for i think u should have two diffrent partys I think u and the girls that arent 18 yet should go out to eat and just have a girls night out kinda party and then u and ur friends that are 18 and above should go to a club abd party lol ur old enough now so enjoy it!! let me know how it goes

talk to your brother about it and ur friend and then i think yall should all three go talk to your mom and explain to her that they arent going to do nething and that u would like to be able to have ur friend over sometimes and if she still doesnt think its a good idea then ask her if ur friend can come over a day that ur brother isnt there good luck

My best friend Julz is goin out w/ my favorite cousin Jon!! you really shouldnt break them up because if they like each other then you shouldnt really have a reason to make them break up but what u can do is tell them how you feel i dont know what good it would do but at least they would know.

hi. i have a friend and she is about 13 and we have been best friends for 2 years now. we have always been there for each other and we are really close. but just recently she turned bi. and im ok with that cuz she knows i just like guys and i know she would never hit on me or nething like that. but after that she started hanging around the wrong group of people and she has done drugs before and smokes cigarettes daily. i wanna get her help but without her hating me or something. and now shes going out with this new guy matt who is 15 and he just wants 2 get in her pants and has fingered her before already! which is really nasty in my opinion for her only being 13. and she said she would do nething to keep him in her life but there is only one thing he wants. and me and my other friend tried warning her about him but she wont listen 2 us. i dont want to control her life but i just wanna be able 2 help her. what should i do?
